The siren is quite loud. During initial setup and testing, I placed it under pillows to reduce the sound and avoid bothering the neighbors. Instead of using WiFi, on the siren I quickly pressed the “set key” button one time and then pressed any button on each of the remotes to pair them with the siren. Next for each sensor, I pulled out the plastic tab to activate the battery (CR2032 3V lithium) and placed the two pieces of the sensor together. Again on the siren I quickly pressed the “set key” button one time and then moved the two pieces of the sensor apart. The siren sounded a beep each time it successfully paired with a remote or sensor.
The two remotes are active with battery already installed (23A 12V alkaline). To replace the battery, a small Phillips screwdriver (size #1-1 fits perfectly) is needed to remove the tiny screw on the back of the remote. The four buttons of the remote are: (open padlock) disarm siren, (closed padlock) arm siren, (bell) four quick beeps to confirm the siren is powered on, and (S) manually trigger siren.
In the garage attached to my house, when I press the “arm” or “disarm” button on the remote, the siren can detect the signal from 70 feet away, on the far side of my house, through the upstairs floor and several walls. The siren briefly beeps to confirm the signal was received, and I can hear it from that far away.
A power outage does not change the state of the siren (armed or disarmed). After power is restored, the siren continues functioning as previously set. When set to the “armed” state, the siren is triggered when the two pieces of a sensor move apart by more than an inch, or when the two pieces come together from a distance of more than an inch away. Once triggered, the siren sounds for one minute and then returns to the “armed” state.
The sensors do not come with screws or holes for mounting. On my doors I taped the sensors in place to confirm correct functioning, then later mounted them using homemade brackets.
The alarm functions reliably. I will update this review if there is a problem.

I wasn’t sure what to expect from a $70 security system with this many sensors in a kit. But honestly, it is everything I was hoping for in a kit. Though it appears somewhat made cheap at first glance (especially if using outside in the cold climate), I wanted it more as an inside alarm system when I’m not home and someone tries to break in. Very simple design but effective and works well with seemingly no false triggers in my opinion. I wasn’t sure about the remote controlling feature at first rather than a wall mounted code timer type but I’m rather pleased with the remote feature and there is a spare one in the kit too. The alarm is quite loud actually so much so that I put a lid on the siren to dampen it substantially so it wouldn’t annoy neighbours if activated. It was well thought of in the design in that the siren stays on even if you close the door after which would defeat the purpose obviously and I made sure the siren was mounted near the ceiling so a thief cannot access it to disconnect it. Certainly worth the small investment for peace of mind, great value and product, thank you.

Nothing I dislike about this product. For the money, it does exactly what I need. I am working on a remodel of my rental property, someone stole all my tools the other night. It’s in a nice neighborhood and I was trusting. Not good.
I set the KERUI up in 10 minutes. I lock the door and leave the site. Before I do I set the alarm with a single chirp. Someone tries to access the property via either one of the monitored doors, a very loud siren goes off. Since it cannot be shut off I gave the second remote to my neighbor. He was happy to help. If it goes off at 2am he is able to shut it off and maybe call police. I don’t see where it will be a false alarm so if it sounds, something is not right.
In summary, great stand alone security system for the money. I still have one door sensor and two motion sensors I have not used yet. I may install later. I highly recommend this low cost system. Great peace of mind for the money.

I began to set up this stand alone alarm system, however, it never paired. I followed the instructions provided in the package. I was suspect of the accuracy of the instructions when I read the section instructing how to connect the “Door Bell”. This system does not have a door bell.
I read where the company wanted customers to contact them if there was any problem with the product. I did contact them, and while waiting for their response, the Amazon return period expired. My bad. That will never happen again. I contacted the company and was required to provide a credit card # to China. That will never happen either. After speaking with an Amazon Agent, who was very kind, I received three phone numbers located in China. I’m not giving them my credit card number and I’m not calling China. I shop on Amazon a lot. This company has a shiny, slick looking “Contact Us” web page that is not something I would ever use.

Bought it a couBought it a couple of months ago and it worked all right. It was easy to install and managed to set it up in a way that did not trigger false alarms. With the door sensors, I recommend you screw them; the two-sided tape it comes with is not very reliable. It will fall during the night and will trigger the alarm.
After a while, one of the motion sensor started to trigger alarm. It started to blink nonstop on the receiving light. No idea if it is battery or other. I check the battery, which is a 9V, and it was sending 7.5 volts straight. Do not know if that is enough or if it needs a new one.
That is the problem with the system you are guessing at sometimes what may be wrong, there is no manual for this little issues.
I hope it is not a problem with the sensor. Otherwise, it will be very disappointing to me. With only a few months after buying it and with one motion sensor left. The package price becomes less attractive since you are only paying for a system that works partially.

Work fine for me.

Easy and fast to set up. This is a great system for the price! It’s not a monitoring system but that’s not needed. The siren is super loud. If someone comes in or attempts to come in, this siren will guarantee wake you up. It will also get your neighbors attention, especially if Mount the speaker outside wall. The only draw back is the speaker runs on electricity. They should have a back battery source in case the power goes out..

Bought this to keep at home do feel more safe while I sleep.
Product comes with a bunch of sensors and everything worked well. I also tried the system and it works as intended.
One thing to keep in mind, ITS EXTREMELY LOUD. I personally kept it under a blanket just to reduce the sound level when arming/disarming. Worth mentioning that this is also not connected to police, so it doesn’t require a subscription, but if you’re in trouble you got to call the police yourself.
Also, would not recommend putting the adhesive part on painted walls, I did it and once I took it off it removed paint (not the fault of the product, I’m just dumb lol)

Worked out of the box, all sensors already synced. Very easy to use and install!!
The only part we don’t like is it chirps very loud when arming and disarming it to a point that it wakes up my kids.
Not sure how long batteries will last but so far it’s well worth the money!

Purchased this alarm for my extended stay apt. I feel much safer knowing I have this to alert me to intruders . My only complaint would be that it’s not something I can control from remote location. I wish it could alert my phone or something when it goes off otherwise it just blares and I’m not there to turn it off. Will scare off intruders and alert neighbors. Will also scare the crap out of any household pets or people who might be inside and accidentally set off.
