I purchased this when my cousin recommended to me when I was pregnant. Picture is clear, sound is clear, easy to charge, small enough to carry around. I love that it has a temperature sensor on the back of the camera, that helps me decide on how to dress my baby for naps/sleep. Super easy to set up, no problems at all. I love that it includes music as well, he loves it and it helps him sleep when his sound machine is dead.

I purchased this camera based on reviews and its popularity in sales. However, since using it, I’ve encountered issues with reception. Today, the camera froze on a single image. Initially, I assumed everything was fine until I heard my baby crying. In the frozen image, my baby appeared to be sleeping with no movement or crying. Thankfully, my baby is okay.

We bought one monitor. The cameras work fine and it was good. The range was less than we hoped for, but we made it work. Then the range got worse and worse. Soon it would work unless we were 5 feet from the room and then not even in the room and finally not working at all even if the camera and monitor were next to each other. Less than a year. I contacted the company and they wanted me to go through a laundry list of tests. As a new parent, I don’t have the time. We didn’t want to install new cameras, so we just bought the same again and the old cameras synced to the new monitor.
The new monitor had better range than the last, but less than. 6 months in the 2nd monitor screen is not functioning at all. Sound is fine.
We had already bought hello baby monitor. That one is working much better so far than the kidsneed.
Stay away from the monitor. You have enough to worry about without these problems.

Seems like a good price for what it can do…. however i do wish the screen was bigger it have a choice of screen sizes, even if it cost a little more.
The monitor battery definitely needs a longer battery life without the cord usage.

Love this product! Came with a wall mount so I can see my baby in his crib from an above view. Easy to take off the wall too! The screen connects to multiple cameras as well, a huge plus if you have other areas of the home you want to put the camera in. I can see temp of the room, speak through microphone, change the volume and sensitivity of when the screen lights up (sleeps when no movement or noise from baby, lights up at baby’s first noise depending on sensitivity setting), I can move the camera a wide range even though it isn’t 360. No app needed to setup! Easy and picture quality is great, feedback is in real time. Would purchase again! Great value and high quality!

Monitor works great exactly what we were looking for – really nice quality product for a great price. Customer service though is amazing! We had an issue and they responded soo quickly and made it right. Great company, this is my last baby but I would Absolutely buy for a shower gift because of the customer service alone.

This is the best baby monitor if you don’t want one that uses WiFi. I don’t want mine connected to the internet, and this one does everything I want. It tells the temperature of the room the camera is in, it has optional eco mode (screen can stay off unless the cameras detected noise above the threshold limit you set – low, medium, or high sensitivity) which I use ALL the time because I don’t want an extension of the kids’ sound machine in my bedroom at night, the volume and brightness is adjustable without having to open some menu to navigate to it, so it’s all easy to control and adjust as needed without having to touch tons of buttons (unlike other monitors I tried). It doesn’t have like HD picture quality, but it’s not bad either. I don’t need to see every booger in my child’s nose to know if they’re doing well or not, so I’m perfectly happy with the picture quality.
The camera control is simple and smooth, the microphone works well on the cameras so my kids can actually understand me (unlike other cameras). The random music options are not anything to brag about, so I wouldn’t get it if you’re trying to bundle a sound machine and a camera in one or something. But for every other reason, you should get this monitor. I can’t rave enough about how simple it is and how perfect it works.
Another bonus, a few months into using it , my parent unit (the screen) had an issue and I contacted Kidsneed support and they guided me in trouble shooting and when it didnt quite work, they sent me a replacement very quickly (it was within the warranty time frame). They were way to work with and very helpful!
If anyone asks me for monitor suggestions, this is it! Get it!
