This is a great cargo companion, my 2 German shepherds love riding on it! The only upgrade is the brackets connecting it to the existing frame just to make sure that they last! I love it!

Would like to see this made out of a little more durable materials. Basic lowest bidder chinesium metal. Love the design, too. Fit was good. We’ll see how long it lasts.

Good rack, but mounting hardware provided was useless.

It’s a nice inexpensive rack but I did have to modify it for it to be solid and workable The U-Bolts that give you would not work for my machine and after I mounted it on the rear rack it still felt very weak on the back so I added two pieces of angle iron and attach them to the frame stiffened it up real nice but it did take a little bit of ingenuity overall excellent product for the price.

Arrived quickly.
Fits perfect behind the two up back rest.
New holes were needed to secure better to bike.
With basket lowered, you can still access the small trunk on bike.
Lights are slightly blocked but still visible.
Will be installing small reflectors on back of box for visibility to be safe.
Carries chainsaw and tools no issues now. Bike was completely useless without this box since I was used to a Polaris Sportsman X2.
This is the only one on the market that fits our bike. Hopefully it holds up to farm work.

I’m really loving the product so far. I have a 2013 Yamaha grizzly and some of the hardware does not work particularly with my fourwheeler not sure if it does with anyone else’s. But one I made my own brackets and had everything installed it is super sturdy and look absolutely great, I love it. You can fit a good amount of stuff in the back of the rack and tie it down easier. I would recommend this to my buddys to get for sure. Have only had for a couple of weeks so far, so not sure how good it will be holding up 1-2 years from now but I think it will hold up fine

Overall I really like this rack, but there are some points that could be improved. This rack provides a TON of space for working or storing items when running around the property. I like that it is lightweight and super easy to put together… took all of maybe 5 minutes to do. One thing I did add that is 100% not necessary was the 1×4 in between the ATV rack and the new rack. I added these to remove any noise from potential movement, as well as add a little more strength.
A couple things I didn’t necessarily love, but weren’t a huge thing if you are able to get to a hardware store were: I needed to go buy longer U bolts due to the ones provided were fairly small.
The mesh steel on the rack is pretty thin, so you really need to be careful that you don’t break it by wrenching too hard on the bolts. Also I would have MUCH preferred mounting the bolts on the rigid brackets / flat pieces of metal going through the rack… but the way the wire mesh sits did not allow for that mounting option. I could probably slightly modify the rack to allow for stronger mounting.
I’d make sure to go to the company’s website to verify the rack “should” fit your ATV before purchasing on Amazon, but do know you will most likely by ready for a small DIY project to get it mounted. It was fun though!
Pros:
– Lightweight
– Easy to assemble
– Feels fairly sturdy once you get it mounted
– DIY project was fun and simple
Cons:
– Needs longer U bolts to mount properly
– Mesh steel is a little flimsy feeling

Dad has one on his ’14 Grizzly so I wanted one for my old ’98 Foreman. The supplied hardware is just ok. If you drill the flat bars on the rack part of the basket and run the u-bolts under your rack and up through the flat bars they work pretty good. In all honesty you could go to the parts store before you order and pick up 6- 3″ hose clamps and have much better mounting hardware. I used the 4 u-bolts as described above and 2 hose clamps at the front of the rack and I can lift the rear of my ATV off the ground by the basket. I can see justification to complaints it isn’t very heavy-duty. I haul a chainsaw, gas, oil and a backpack and it works fine with that. I hauled a 12″ x 1/2″ steel target on dad’s and it got snagged on the mesh and pulled one of the mesh welds loose. So keep in mind your intended use before ordering.
2/15/15 Update: Hardware is still holding up great. Had this loaded down and went up a couple really steep grades I normally go up with no problem but this time I had to shift my weight forward to keep the front down, whereas before I could actually slide back a little on the seat to help the back tires eat. Otherwise I can tell this is going to be a long-term addition to my little Foreman. Great price compared to local national chain sellers and delivery was fast and free. Changed the rating to 5/5 since it meets my expectations for how I use it, will post back if any issues.

Worked on my Honda 400 and adds a lot of storage.

I was looking at this product and the Titan rear basket. I chose this one because it was a little less bulky and i liked the idea of being able to raise basket if needed. It was easy to install and came with 2 sets of U bolts in different sizes to accommodate different ATV bars. Not great instructions on where to put U Bolts, but just have to see where it sits and where the best place to bolt it down is. I used some 200 lb zip ties to make sure it was snug all around. I dont like that the bolts stick up but i plan on getting a rack pad. First thing i noticed is the rattle. Not from the rack, but from the mesh. Its not heavy duty mesh and it sort of “pops” in and out in the middle of the basket and the rear of the basket. That little bit of “play” in the mesh causes a vibration that is very loud. Its like the mesh is a little too big or not properly welded down to the crossbars that run across the bottom and sides of the basket. With some weight in there, I dont think it would be as bad, but i plan to tinker with it some more. Overall, good size, will do its job, but could use more heavy duty mesh and properly weld the mesh down to prevent this vibration/rattle.

better than expected. secured it with 6 stainless hoe clamps, built a box for top portion that holds two 20 inch chainsaws, bottom rack hold all my straps, sledge and fuel, very impressed
