Bought this for my wife for her birthday. Just opened the box, and the entire middle set of keys are stuck in an elevated position unable to be depressed. The outer keys on the left and right can be pressed and make sounds, but the middle section is inoperable. Also the keyboard comes with it’s own sustain pedal, so including one in the package is unnecessary, not to mention it doesn’t even work with the keyboard. There’s no input on the keyboard for the cord type. You’d think Adorama, who specialize in this type of thing, would know that and offer a better package deal. The Korg brand sustain pedal that is included with the keyboard doesn’t seem to work with the keys that do make sounds and the connection between the keyboard and pedal is very loose. I’m sure the keyboard sounds great when working, but for the life of me I can’t seem to make that happen.
Tried calling Adorama support, and they have me contact KORG first before they can issue me a return slip, but then I have to submit a request online through KORG, which I just don’t have time for.

I really liked the quality of the keyboard and most of the items in the bundle package. I did experience a deficiency with the bench but have since been reimbursed. I had to work directly with the seller and Amazon made that an easy communication and my issue is now resolved.

Korg piano sounds amazing and plays well. Went with this one after lots of research. Does not have as many features a some in price range but wanted good sound and feel and very happy with this keyboard. The bundle came with an adequate stand and bench and headphones. They send a pedal that won’t work with Korg but the bn comes with a pedal. They sent the keyboard in original box with no other protective packaging and the way ups throws stuff around it’s a little unnerving. Ours came undamaged but box and foam inside was distressed. All in all it’s the best deal we’ve found on this piano.

This electronic piano exceeded my expectations. Initially, I was torn between Roland, Yamaha, and Korg. Ultimately, after viewing hours of actual performances on each piano, I selected the Korg because the Roland is impossible to find, and the Yamaha sounded too ‘electronic’. The default German concert piano on this Korg is really true to life, and the Italian concert piano sound samples are amazing. The built-in speakers provide good enough quality sound for home performances, and the weighted keyboard feels like a real acoustic piano.
The seller, Adorama, has been supper responsive when I had a question, and provided excellent customer service, shipping, and delivery times. The value in the package is also better than anywhere else I could find.
Sometimes, shopping on Amazon is a hit or miss. This time the product, the seller, customer service, and shipping all hit the target spot on.

The piano is quite nice. Really great feel and the various sounds were excellent. However, after a couple of days, we noticed a “white noise” coming from the speakers or headphones shortly after turning the unit on. It wasn’t very loud but was noticeable. You can’t un-hear it. Korg only provides product support via email unfortunately. They did reply and told that was not an issue of a reset or anything. So, my options were to either take it to a repair center or return it to the seller. I opted to return it. Was kind of a problem since it was part of a bundle, and, being an Amazon Marketplace order, I couldn’t just exchange the piano. I had to locate the packaging for the bench, etc and send the whole mess back. The seller, Adorama, was very responsive and supportive through the return and it has worked out ok. They didn’t have this bundle anymore unfortunately. I later ordered a unit from a popular online music retailer from Indiana. Unfortunately, the replacement piano has the same white noise. I checked several digital pianos at Guitar Center recently and none of these brands have any white noise coming from their speakers. Not sure what is up with Korg. Not sure I will try another.

The Piano
Good: the sound is louder than any of its competitors on the same price range. It has simple functions and tones that are easy to use. The keyboard feels like you are playing on an acoustic piano. The keys responds on how soft and hard you press it creating a crescendo and decrescendo effect with ease. Perfect size for smaller room.
Bad: I noticed some of the keys are stiff. I’m hoping this would soften up the more I play it. The keys do feel a bit plasticky not wood like an acoustic piano. A bit heavier than it’s competitors.

I had an issue with my first order but Adorama took care of me and got my issues resolve. I’m really happy with my customer service experience.

I called Korg for a question I had and I was surprised hearing a voice at the other end of the line. They treated me well. I have no complaints.
