This is my first time buying a stand mixer and it has been wonderful for making cakes

The mixer arrived in perfect condition along with all the accessories (dough hook, whisk head, mixing head, egg separator, spatula, mixing bowl, bowl cover).
Beautiful candy red color and nice finish, no scratches.
The mixing heads have a wonderful non-stick coating that makes it easy to release the dough.
Right out of the box, I made Prosciutto Bread for the first time. The dough mixed perfectly and the machine ran strong even when loaded with the meat, about 3 pounds. It is a very heavy mixture and the machine ran strong and relatively quiet.
It has 6 speeds and a pulse function. Really easy to setup and use.
I also made chocolate chip cookies and it mixed in the chocolate morsels very well.
I used the egg separator while making crème brûlée, because I’m terrible at separating eggs by hand. This tool simplified the process and enabled me to successfully separate the yolks I needed for the recipe.
I included a few pictures of the machine and the bead. I should have taken more pictures of the dough on the hook, which slid off the hook easily.
Next, I’m going to make butter for the first time. This machine is opening up another world for me.
I’m very happy. I have no complaints, it was a very satisfying purchase. I always wanted a mixer like this but couldn’t justify the expense. This kit is justifiably priced.
I am now the chef of the future!

I make a lot of sourdough and this mixer has helped loads with mixing and kneading the dough. Super easy to use too, might be a little loud for some ppl but I’m watching tv in the kitchen and barely hear it. Sticks to the counter nice with the suction cups and not to hard to peel off.

I’m not a huge baker but bread recipes are way easier in a stand up mixer. That being said I do see what others have stated that unit will groan with some mixes, or bend and flex when bread hook is used on some recipes. It hasn’t stopped or gotten warm, ( I run 35+ min ) getting raw jersey milk to separate for butter.
Is nice vs a hand mixer. Even though it’s 1 5th the cost of a USA mixer, and can’t do more then mix with batter paddle, wish head, and dough hook, it works great for 95% of what I do . If I burn this up, then a deeper decision on spending more money for another unit will be made. Until then good unit, nice price.
I do wish they made a cover for hole in splash guard. I use aluminum foil to cover if high mixing is needed. Just a thought, couldn’t cost much to make a plug for hole as a tool for unit.

This stand mixer is light weight..it is 11.2 lbs as opposed to the 30 lbs of the other standmixer I was considering. It is just the size I need. It is 6.5 quarts. It has a decibel range from 40 to 60..

Je viens de recevoir le batteur sur pied. Le colis est livré dans les délais donné. Il est emballé de façon sécuritaire. À titre de premier essai, j’ai fait mon fabuleux et délicieux gâteau blanc. Le batteur fonctionne très bien et mélange les ingrédients comme il se doit. Se n’est pas la plus haute gamme mais pour se que j’ai à faire, il va faire la job. Pâtisserie – pain – biscuits. Le seul bémol que j’y donne, le manuel d’instruction est en anglais seulement et impossible de le trouver sur Internet.

This is my first time using/purchasing a standmixer and I am so glad I did! It’s nice and light weight, I don’t have a lot of counter space so it gets put away, I haven’t tried all the settings but I am very happy with it and glad I bought it. It’s also quiet what settings I have used! I can’t afford the 400+ for a kitchenaide and very happy with this one!

I’ve never had a stand mixer before so I had a learning curve but these one is great! I appreciate not having to hand knead anymore unless I want to. With all stand mixers, there are some adjustments you have to make in how you put things together. I will save some heartache by adding-put your wet ingredients in first, scrape the bottom as well as the sides till your dough/batter comes together or your flour will not fully incorporate, and run in two-three minute increments-this is universal to all stand mixers as their motors can burn out if you run/overheat them for too long a period of beating-usually ten minutes or so is max.
