The mug and holder were fine, however the first one I ordered was a special deal, It was about 10.00 cheaper and I was told the only thing wrong was the original package was damaged. It came in a plastic bag and parts were missing and the cup was dented. I returned it for a replacement. It was not a good deal.

Excellent product. Fit my 1-1/4” handlebar perfectly. Monnting was very easy and the holder adjusts very easily to nearly any desired position.

The cup lid broke ( the metal ring pulled off )
Customer service did replace it free but i found a better cup at walmart.
The perch mount is fine. However it could be improved by shaping it more like the rockform perch mount and then there would be less peices.

With Hydrulic clutch on one side of handle bars and hydrulic brake on the other there wasn’t any room to mount the standard clamp cup holder.This product was easy to install. Works great!

This works GREAT, if you use it as designed. I purchased this hoping to use a 30oz YETI Tumbler, instead of the stainless tumbler that it came with. The TETI was to top heavy. That being said, the supplied cup works great, I just don’t have as much liquid on longer trips.

very nice piece. works well with all other mugs . the mug that comes with this is not the best but works well. once this mug goes bad, the holder will still work with many other mugs.
It also looks very nice on the bike.
although sometime coffee will spill from the bumpy roads onto my nice white Gold Wing. Nothing I can’t wipe up later.
