Added these to my 2nd Gen Tacoma’s Bilstein 5100s that previously had the stock spring hats on them. This improved the ride, the oems were obviously worn out considering how much better and tighter the front suspension feels now. It helped the truck drive like new again.

Fit my wife’s 2011 4runner perfectly. Dealer installed the hardware in the incorrect order and had hell trying to narrow down where the vibration was coming from. Finally found the strut mount was toast. They had strut, rubber isolator, washer, mount, rubber isolator, washer, and then nut. Easy fix in my garage with a spring compressor.

Lasts a long time.
Do not over tighten and mushroom the bushings.

Best price by far compared to other websites and local stores (for same part number). Perfect OEM replacement for my 2006 Tacoma 4×4 4.0 SR5 with aftermarket OME 2885 coils and Bilstein 5100’s. Includes all the bushings, including the molded-in rubber bushing found underneath the tophat and protrudes into the center hole, providing cushioning and tight fit around the shock stem.

I used these mounts when replacing my 4Runner Limited’s XREAS suspension. They feel high quality and work just as they should. These come with hardware, bushings, and a bushing on the bottom molded into the mount so an additional one is not necessary on the bottom. My Eibach shocks came with a bushing that I did not need to use because of this.

Not much to say other than they’re cheap enough and probably the best option for replacing top hat assembly when re-building front suspension.

I used KYB to install my OME 886 and Bilstein 5100 for my Tacoma. Some reviews claim that the Original Tacoma (the three bolds and nuts) top nuts work for this, they do not. I opted to get this to make my coil overs and replace the factory ones. Instructions are rubbish, Look on forums, watch Youtube or reference your old equipment for correct set-up and installation.
