this are one of the best timbales i ever had, this is my 6th timbales and the sound is so different from other timbales, and as a musician i have to keep my style of playing, but also to ad something new in the sound is much better.

jitsumania –
I disliked absolutely nothing. Best Timbales I’ve ever owned. Matador brushed nickel for the win! I’ve been a Latin percussionist for well over 43 years and I’ve played on various instruments of different brands. I play Congers, timbales, bongos, etc. The Latin Percussion brand Is the standard which al else follows. These drums are absolutely beautiful to look at. Not only that, the construction of these drums is rocksolid from the stand on up. The sound is absolutely amazing with great resonance and crispness and “Cascariendo” is a joy. It will be a welcome addition to any serious player/band. This will be an instrument that will be passed down to my children. After 40 years I am still playing my same set of LP Congas and Bongos that I got when I was in my late teens. You can’t beat that.If they get a little beat up in the process it just gives the instrument character. LP customer for life.
