First time using this product. It covered my grays very well and mixed in with my natural hair color. I will definitely be re-ordering this! Gentle, also comes with a shampoo and a conditioner. I only used half of the contents to just touch up my grays, I then did pull in some to my longer parts of my hair which were previously highlighted and it blended in very well. I kept it on the highlighted parts only about 10 or 15 minutes. Maximum came out wonderfully.

I was a bit skeptical that this product would be a good option to adjust my dark blonde to light brown roots to my outgrown highlights, (given the super light blonde look on the front). I have to say I was blown away how natural the result looks. The natural color got lifted subtly without brassy undertones and while you can’t see the transition between last salon visit and roots anymore, the old highlights are still peeping through enough to give some dimension. And best of all: pesky wiry white hairs are no longer visible and feel soft. I followed another review and did the roots LAST because I did not want them to get too light. Only downside: the ammonia smell is pretty pungent.
I was also afraid that having shoulder long fine but a lots (!) of hair will have me end up running out of product with only half my hair done, but I actually only used a bit more than half the bottle.
