I have used this product for years as I color my own hair. It is just as professional as the shops. I constantly get comments about my color, M32 Midnight Star (Violet Soft Black) and are surprised when I tell them about the product.

    Would never change

Not really crazy about this hair dye. Everytime I use it, it doesn’t cover the roots around my face well.

I ordered this thinking it was a color I used before, as it said new model… ugh unfortunately it wasn’t… this is more of an auburn than a soft black, it isn’t terrible, but it is false advertising on the box. I am so disappointed. I have gotten my hair healthy and removed old built up colors. Looking forward to violet soft black and now I need to fix my hair… not sure I’d ever purchase Feria again, as this color is so off… the most disappointment I’ve ever had with a hair dye. I was wanting a nice rich dark color and instead I’ve become a red head… I am half Cherokee, so I don’t think this is flattering. This color really should be discontinued or at least updated the model.to show the true color.

I’ve been dying my hair this color for over a year now and I have no complaints. It’s the kind of color that looks gorgeous freshly dyed and after months of fading. I love the subscription option because it’s so much cheaper than the store’s price and it shows up right at my door. Ive provided a picture of my hair a week after dying it and after months of fading. I think you’ll agree that it looks good, and my hair always feels softer after I dye it 🙂 BTW it looks different depending on the light. 3 of those are actually freshly dyed

Not a super violet clownish color I achieved.I like that actually, but not much different from what I had before, which wasn’t mylti faceted shimmering as results at all.Not as results, which was a disapointment, but some violet tint I noticed,it got on my towel from washing this dye off.Subtle color it is,not shimmery, matte and flat abd tiny pigments and dyes,as what you see after.Showing in my hair.Im not bying this again and the best part of this color,is that its not clownish and not tacky or too trendy. If it was,Id make a mess on my hair and it would be too bright and what I liked, thst it was very much for begginers, who want to part taje in viokets, plums and purples and the latest dyes from Loreal.I did and got used to it,of getting this color from trying violets.A soft black purple, that works for dark hard to color hair.Still subtle for me,I might need another one,in a brighter tint. This I recommend for those who are going darker and want that exact tint as well.Purples and plums.

I use Feria every month to color my hair, but just recently started ordering from Amazon because I can’t get the color I want from the local stores. This weekend, I started coloring my hair and the bottle split about 1/4 of the way into the application. I don’t just mean a little opening you can work around. I mean the bottle cracked then split almost all the way around. There was no salvaging it. I had color everywhere! There was no way to but it on except to apply it by the handful as it spilled out, not in sections like I normally do. Needless to say, this application didn’t go well and I’m going to have to redo it because I didn’t completely get all the grays.

I use this Feria color all the time and really like it and get lots of compliments. The only thing I do not like is the conditioner, it seems to make my scalp itch. I do not use the conditioner that comes in the kit. Otherwise I really like this product.

Wanted black hair, but the dye is actually navy blue which is less apparent on dark hair but very visible on bleached hair (I have sections of bleached blonde hair and sections of dark natural hair). After 2 weeks, the dye begins to fade out. My natural hair turned back to dark brown and the bleached sections of hair turned to a silver/grey/blue/white hue. Overall, I don’t recommend it!

I had dine my hair this color some years ago and when I decided to go dark again I found the color was discontinued. It was exactly what I wanted.

The reason why it scared me is because this is my first time dying my hair and once my hair dried, it didn’t look at all like the color. My hair looked like my natural color only with pink blotches here and there. I went to bed and the next day my hair color looked a little better and my hope was restored. I took a shower and noticed the water going down the drain was pink and I assumed the color was still washing out. When my hair dried this time, the color changed again! Now I’m watching my hair color as the days pass and it seems as if the color is still adjusting to the color on the box. So if you experience the same thing I am, don’t panic. The color comes in eventually.
