I always feel like buying one of these portable speakers is a crap shoot when it comes to sound quality and functionality so I tend to prepare myself for disappointment, but this is a great little speaker! Bluetooth works seamlessly (apple products) and the sound quality is damn good for a small portable speaker. It’s a little bass heavy at times but not enough to be irritating. I mainly use it to stream from my older model iPad Air2 and iPhone 8 (don’t judge 🙃) and have had no issues whatsoever. Charges in a reasonable time and charge lasts longer than I expected. It’s also a great looking product. Love the cream color. Extremely happy with this purchase!

It is not the loudest but it is the sound I was looking for. Unlike the competition, this has a warm tone and because of the prominent mids, baselines sound so clear!
I don’t see the use of bi-directional sound. However, if all the speakers were in the same direction, it would have been loud specially in open spaces.
Delivers the quality that you expect from a Marshall. I wanted to try out the sound and was thinking of returning it but I liked it so much that I decided to keep it.

Die Box ist handlich und sieht super aus. Aber das Allerbeste ist der Klang. Mega gut. Das war nicht die letzte Marshall die ich mir gekauft habe. Die kleine Box hat mich voll überzeugt. Für draußen im Sommer würde ich mir eine größere zulegen mit mehr Volumen drumherum. Jedoch ist die Emberton schon wirklich richtig gut. Genau was ich gesucht habe. Elle me sert essentiellement de barre de son TV en attendant un home cinéma, mais elle est impressionnante en intérieur dans des pièces de 20 à 30 m². Even discounted, it was 3x the cost of another (Oontz angle) and worth every penny. The sound quality is fantastic and the speaker can easily fill at least 1,000 square feet. For larger spaces you may need something bigger.

Bought this for camping and love it! Not cheap but the sound is great and the battery life is amazing. If I had to guess, I’d say that you would get 20 or more continuous hours out of a full charge.
