Very hesitant to drop $400 on a speaker considering every one I’ve ever bought was a disappointment. But this bad boy paid off! The sound is just brilliant, unlike anything I’ve ever heard. So clean, so rich, so awesome. We were using it at a party last weekend and they had to switch to another speaker when I took the Marshall to another area. My brother told me later that people started complaining about the sound almost immediately! Pull the trigger man, you will not be disappointed!

I have a Marshall kilburn that sounds great for its size but the Tufton sounds even better. It’s not cheap but definitely worth the money. I set the treble at max and the bass setting at 50% and it sounds amazing. The Tufton gets loud and enough bass to annoy the neighbors! Great portable speaker with a long battery life before needing a charge.

There is no Buetooth speaker on the market for the price that will beat all the features, this speaker has to offer. So good, this is my second purchase. I love the loudness, the quality lows and highs and punchy Bass. The look is something that will never go out of style. I promise if you buy this speaker, you will not be disappointed. I speak from the heart and I will honestly say that I truly believe this is a remarkeable portable bluetooth speaker. It’s a very good “portable” speaker for patio BBQ cook out or a party in the park. Bass has enough authority for a disco party, particularly nice in open outdoor space.
There is one very big flaw with this speaker, as other reviewers have noted. It’s the soundstage. Imagine you are in front of the stage: all instruments sound like they are in front of you but the singer is way in the back of the stage. That’s what this speaker sounds like.

Great speaker, I love just 3 old school knobs. Bass, trouble and volume. Sound of course is great. I love that. Looks like a Marshal amp. It’s a real conversation piece when it shows up more on the expensive side for a Bluetooth speaker, but amazingly compact and size with huge sound.

Some 3rd party reviews rated the Tufton lacks mid-range. I have the Stockwell II & Kilburn II and decided on the Tufton which has marvelloue bass. The break-in was about 24 hours. My music source from Tidal and mid is okay for me.
So much so, I ordered another 2 Tufton for my friends. One them kept the Kilburn II for home use & Tufton both outdoor & home.
