I used this cookie sheet to bake homemade hashbrowns. I like the size of this sheet (smaller than others I have). I did spray the sheet with some oil before putting on my hashbrowns, and the combo of the oil and the non-stick surface of the sheet made it really easy to remove my food. There was no warping of this sheet, even after baking my hashbrowns at 400F for 20 minutes.

What a great cookie sheet. I only wish I was able to order the larger one. Anyway, the pan is a nice, heavy, thick steel with a non-stick coating. Even being only 9″x13″, it’s heavier than my Wilton Pro 12″x18″.
I was surprised that this fits perfectly in my Ninja Foodi! I made a batch of chocolate chip cookies. This recipe uses flour, salt, granulated sugar, brown sugar, butter and vanilla. Plus, of course, milk, dark and white chocolate chips, pecans and I added some Butter Pecan moonshine to the batter :). I made a batch in my old, tried and true Wilton pan (with parchment paper), this Martha Stewart pan, with and without parchment paper. The 2 batches made on the Martha Stewart pan I baked in the Ninja. The Wilton pan was put in my main oven. All were baked at 350 F for 15 minutes each. They all came out perfectly.
As you can see from the pictures, they all look practically identical. Good browning on top and crisp, golden brown on the bottom. Baking on the bare Martha Stewart pan did leave some caramelized bits, but they wiped off easily with a dishcloth.
Keep in mind this is a heavy, carbon steel pan with a non-stick coating. DO NOT put it in the dishwasher. That will not only ruin the non-stick coating, but also any possibly entreated parts of the steel pan. I might try roasting some potatoes at a later date to see how well it holds up to something more demanding than cookies. I’ll post an update if I do so.
