PAUL BENNETT –
Absolutely the best acoustic guitar I have ever owned ! I was bit worried about buying a guitar online without playing it first, but Geartree really hit it out of the park ! It plays like a dream, perfect intonation , low action without any fretbuzz. I am over the moon happy about this guitar and well pleased. Thank you, Amazon and Geartree !

ずっと欲しかったマーチンのギター。弾きやすく、音も期待したとおりの音でした。エレアコですが、普段は生音で弾いており、満足しています。いつかアンプに繋いで、演奏してみたいなと思っています。

I own a number of budget/cheaper guitars, some of which are Martins, but Ive never been able to justify buying something like a D-18 just for plinking around the house. But I picked the GPC-11e up on a whim, and its an amazing value. Allegedly all hard woods, which is a selling point to me, because 90 percent of acoustics below about $1500 are going to be made with some percentage of laminates, and sometimes assembled under dubious conditions. Anyway, the tuner works great and the guitar came setup from the seller. -Literally in perfect tune out of the box. Most Martins come with a higher action, and this is no different, so if youre the type that needs your strings riding a hair from the frets, you may want to drop it by your local luthier for a saddle/truss adjustment. Mine arrived with zero cosmetic defects upon inspection. Its got that warm Martin tone, but I find the sound to be more of a hybrid between a Martin and Taylor in terms of brightness. The stock strings are of course very adequate, but I’ll probably eventually replace with Martin classic medium-weight Phosphors. Ive not tried the pickup but Ill probably plug in soon and update this review. The included Martin soft case is of excellent quality, and actually quite a bit nicer than I expected. This is an amazing guitar for the price and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for a step up from the run of the mill laminates.

The guitar arrived nearly perfectly tuned. The body of the guitar is beautiful. The sound is great, especially considering the price. The case is really nice, with blue velvety lining. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a very good acoustic guitar in this price range.

Martin guitar has a great sound and is quite a beautiful guitar.

I’ll warn you now:
Don’t buy any Martin unless you’re willing to play it for eternity, and never put it away.
The best brand name in guitars, period.
WOW!

Very happy with my new GPC-11E. Fantastic value in an all solid wood body! I had been looking at used Taylor 314s and Martin GPCRSCGT (which this model replaced) with solid mahogany or sapele back and sides, while trying to stay under $1000. Then this showed up new in a search with a store running as special. I prefer the GP shape for comfort and the cut-away for a fully accessible fret board. Martin classed-up this model by giving it some nice aesthetic enhancements with the wide MOP rosette, dot inlays and some white addition to the binding. The sustainable use of Richlite is great because it is so dimensionally stable. My nit-picking criticism is that the finger board edges are a bit sharp, but they used the plecking machine on the frets so that action is dialed in. The built in Fishman MXT pick-up is clear, with excellent authentic reproduction. It has a tuner, but no volume controls, but for as a practice guitar I didn’t care. The lack of external equalizer leaves the body sides beautifully simple and clean. This also has nice access to the battery pack by the strap peg. Mexican made but very nicely crafted. Comes with a very nicely padded gig bag. This is a winner of a model.

Best guitar I’ve ever owned. Zero complaints!

ネックが太くない。操作性抜群。チューナーも付いていて最高の音質。もう他のギターは興味なくなった。
PAUL BENNETT –
The item arrived ahead of schedule in good shape with no damage. It appears to be well made. As the strings age the guitar sounds better and better. The tones are well balanced. I will try different stings to get the best sound for me but i like it the way it is. For the price you can’t go wrong. I play and sing bluegrass gospel in church. I put some gospel inlay decals on. It looks reall good and expensive. I would recommend it to my pastor. IT HAS THE MARTIN SOUND.

Grand performance guitar means just that. Great sound!
