Love em, got them all wired around for the printer, 3 PCs, WAN, works great, and I know which cable goes to which PC at a glance.

I’ve been through what seems like an endless variety of patch cables from various manufacturers that all seemed like they were the same cable with a different name on it. The reason I went with these was due to the quality of the product reviews, as well as the supplier Mediabridge, as shown to me via a Fakespot.com analysis. I always run my Amazon purchases through this site first and no I have zero affiliation with them or Mediabridge. Paid the full price like everyone else. They gave the product reviews quality a B grade and the company an overall B grade on all their product’s reviews not just these cables. Those two grades are normally good but when it comes to patch cables a B grade is great considering all the misinformation and fake 5 star reviews out there.
The cables themselves I am quite happy with. I have had them in service now for about four months and they are rock solid. I like the fact that they are all black, which helps with hiding them in my home lab, while still having colored ends to help identify the connections on my switch. I also like the fact that the boot is snagless but doesn’t hamper you from removing the cable. I hate the molded boots that seem to never want to come out of a dense rack. These do not do that and the overmolded boot is actually useful.
TL;DR: these are the ones you want. Highly recommended.

Received on time and decently packaged. Reason bought and neat feature is COLOR coding which makes it easier to install and keep track of what cable is going where.. SAVES the step of placing tags on cord ends designating where the cord was attached. Quality of cord appears VG and ONE Star deducted for Long Term Longevity has yet to be determined (standard practice for this reviewer) AND for one of five cords may be defective. Was not getting connection with grey cord, changed out and currently not in use. This might have been a 3-1/2 Star Rating, cannot do and more Four than three trying to be fair. Will check later on another install, trying the Questionable Cable when it’s more convenient than behind the AV Equip cabinet (24″ wide and six foot tall, four shelf cabinet… combined with 24″ deep by six foot long TV table-cabinet and end table unit.. none of which are easy to move for wiring jobs; hence the question mark cable costing ONE Star even if longevity wasn’t an issue. )

I know it seems like there’s not much to say about ethernet cables; either they work or they don’t, right? But here’s why I’m thrilled with these:
1) They are substantial yet very flexible. In fact, I’d say these cables have the perfect balance of strength and flexibility; then bend but they’re not flimsy.
2) The connectors are fantastic: when inserted into an ethernet jack they lock in place with a satisfying “click” that makes you feel confident that they are secure.
3) They are easy to unplug! By that I don’t mean that they come unplugged on their own (they don’t); I mean that they release easily when you want them to. Simply squeeze the colored grip and the cable comes out of the jack. I no longer take this for granted after purchasing cables by another manufacturer that were extremely difficult to unplug (I literally had to use pliers).
This is now my go-to brand for ethernet patch cables!

These cables are working great. I was using a cheap-looking Cat 5E cable that said Cable Matters on it, which can supposedly support gigabit, but I wasn’t getting those speeds. I was only getting 100 Mbps. I switched to a Cat 6 cable from Mediabridge, and now I get gigabit. Woohoo. I won’t buy Cable Matters Ethernet cables anymore. I also like this style of locking connector better than Cable Matters.
BUT I will definitely still buy Cable Catters cables in general. In fact, I bought some Cable Matters USB extensions in this same purchase, and they are great. But no more of their ethernet stuff. Sorry!

I got these for my office Ethernet switch. I am impressed with the quality of the cables and their performance. The protective Soft Flex Tabs ensure that the clip will not break off. The cables are very flexible and yet sturdy/strong.
I am sure that these will give me many years of performance. They are a terrific value for the price and I give them 5 stars.

I really like these cables.
1. The colored snagless ends with black cables. Much nicer than running multicolored cables just to be able to identify both sides. I hate putting labels on cables. Just messy. These make it easy and quick to ID and the black cables “vanish” better.
2. The snagless ends are nice. Long for easy grip and release and potects the tab well.
3. Cables are very flexible. I run these through wall conduit and they run smooth as silk.
All in all a quality product and I’d use them again.
