This set is the usual massive high quality compilation of Microsoft documentation. Not only is it great as a reference work, but your cat will get a kick out of shoving it off the shelf on to your head as a “correction” when you focus on coding instead of attending to feeding, letting out, or otherwise meeting your cat’s demands in a timely manner.
HOWEVER, this only applies if you actually receive a SET of these books. I have just placed my third order for this item. So far sellers have not been shipping the set, but only a single random volume out of the set. I mention it because this does not seem to be a fluke with a single seller. This has had no impact on my rating of the item. I just wanted others to know this may be an issue. I previously went with some of the lower priced used offerings, but my most recent (and not yet received) order was one of the more expensive offerings and specifically stated “New Sealed Set” so I have some hope. Again, this is informational only and does not impact my assessment of the books and their worth, as I think they are quite useful, having had access to them in the past.
