This is the coffee machine I’ve been waiting for! Not yet around in Canada, but ships from the USA via Amazon Canada.
I don’t need a coffee machine that makes tea, I don’t need a spinning whirly gig on the side to froth milk… I need a ‘Coffee Machine!’ And this is it! Boy does it keep coffee hot and that’s on the low ‘keep warm’ setting which doesn’t tarnish the flavor. And what about that flavor, it’s amazing whether just brewing a single mug or brewing a complete giraffe (it has a long neck) the flavor is consistent. Love, love, love the cold brew feature. How have I lived without this? Previously I’d brew a pot of coffee and put it in the fridge to cool down, but this baby brews straight over ice, again by the mug, if that’s all you need. Again, awesome full flavor without being bitter.
It sits under the counter too and because of the horizontal action of the brew basket, you don’t have to move the machine everytime you want to brew a coffee.
The included measuring spoon attached to the side and ‘drip stop’ feature make this machine standout from the crowd for sure.
I’m English, we don’t make cups of tea in a coffee machine and I believe you would be deported from the UK for doing so.
So if it’s real coffee you’re into and not all that ridiculous frothing nonsense, this is the machine for you!

I absolutely LOVE this coffee pot. There isn’t anything that I have found that I don’t like. I was debating between this coffee maker and the Keurig 1cup and multiple cup function coffee maker and I am glad I chose this option instead. Reasons I like it:
1. The removable water tank makes it convenient to fill up in the sink.
2. The pull out feature for the filter where the coffee grinds go is amazing.
3. If you for some reason forget to place the coffee pot where the drip feature goes, you can flip the switch that stops the liquid from dripping. The machine beeps at you when you activate this feature as well.
4. You do NOT have to blend a whole pot of coffee to enjoy a brew on the go. There are multiple size options from 8oz all the way to 34oz and it’s a life saver.
5. It has a clean function that allows you to clean your machine as needed.
6. The handle of the coffee pot feels nice and solid.
7. There are options for cold brew if you want to brew your coffee over ice.
While it might not make steamed milk or mochas, it’s still a fantastic coffee machine. The design is absolutely genius and makes for small spaces like condos or apartments easy. Hence they pull out option with the coffee filter for the coffee beans.
Also, you’re not purchasing a box full of single cup plastics that will get added to the landfills.
There is even a spoon that tells you how many scoops are suggested for the amount of coffee you want to brew.

Producto muy elegante y fácil de utilizar. Ocupa un poco más de espacio que una cafetera convencional. Extrae muy bien el sabor del café, si quieres una jarra completa la prepara en poco más de 10 minutos.
El espumador funciona de maravilla, lo único es que debes calentar previamente la leche. El deposito de agua al ser extraible, permite llenar la jarra más fácil y la limpieza es mejor

Yes, I waited 2.5 years to write a review on this. I still vividly remember the excitement of it delivering from Amazon and firing it up, and it’s been all good memories since then. To start, we are replacing it due to it not functioning correctly anymore. Will try a hail-mary by doing a cleaning cycle tonight, but don’t have high hopes. The issue is that the coffee keeps dripping and dripping far beyond the time the Ninja beeps that it is done. It’s been doing this for about nine months or so. It was something we learned to live with, but now the water is actually backing up in the drip basket for some reason. We have not been able to find a clog. I think it has to do with the way the water is coming out of the top during the brew cycle. Yes, I did regular cleanings with vinegar as instructed in the manual (but we have soft water anyway.)
Additional small issue: at some point our burner plate got scratched up. We never used abrasives to clean it, so I think this was due to knocking into the plate with the Yetis sometimes. If you are careful you can learn from our mistake. We don’t have a ton of surface area that’s scratched, but it still sucks.
FYI: we never used the frother even once so I can’t speak to how it works. We also didn’t ever use the Delay function to have coffee waiting at the time of wake-up.
This is a very cool-looking coffee machine to have on your coffee bar or countertop. The foldaway cup holder not only looks cool, it’s functional to stop splashing when you are brewing a single or double mug. We didn’t use it this way often; but it worked well.
Half the time we were brewing the XL travel size into a Yeti using Classic mode, a quarter of the time we were brewing a half-carafe using Classic mode and it would stay on Keep Warm for two hours, and a quarter of the time I was brewing an Iced coffee into a Yeti. Every so often I’d use the specialty brew to make the Iced Coconut Chai Coffee recipe in the book (highly recommended!) All functions worked well and made delicious coffee.
The benefits (besides it being so nice-looking) was the removable water reservoir, being able to make both hot and iced coffee, the durability of using it nearly daily for over two years, and the simple fact that it made GOOD coffee. I personally would recommend this to others, as I think it lasted a perfectly respectable amount of time. Just make sure to care for it the way it should be (with regular cleanings.) Now the tough part– replace this with the same model, or get the CM371 which has a Cold Brew function that has replaced the Specialty brew…?

We were able to calibrate the coffee machine for the high altitude of Colorado Springs. I have lived in Colorado for 20+ years and didn’t know that was a thing. There is a handy double scoop with diagrams of suggested measurements that attaches to the side of the machine. We used the scoop suggestion to make our first pot using the minimum amount and the rich setting. It turned out amazing. I am a true coffee snob. I like Rich full bodied coffee that isn’t bitter.. There is even a setting for a 4 ounce serving of concentrated coffee to make cappuccino type drinks. The onboard frother folds out of sight. I think this frother will be very handy and easier to clean. I liked that the Water reservoir Holds enough for a full carsfe of coffee, But you select the size of drink you want from a small cup, Large cup, Thermos, Half carafe to full. It only uses the water amount it needs. You don’t have to fiddle with Measuring the water amounts each time you make a different size coffee. This makes it more convenient like the pod machine, but without pod waste. Finally, it looks good on my counter, which I am picky about.

This is a great product as I’ve used it in USA. Unfortunately it is not meant to be used in countries with over 120V power points. You cannot use a step up adapter as it is not recommended by the manufacturer.
Great service by the seller as I had a hassle free return and received my refund immediately after.
Would buy this item from the seller again if they ever launched a compatible model for UAE.
