I honestly thought my New GE PHP9030 cooktop was faulty because of the poor performance this Ninja Cookware. I compared this Ninja set with a different brand. The Ninja set was 50% slower boiling water in all of the pots and pans. The induction disk Ninja uses is a very poor conductor of the induction process. I would have to turn the burners up to 60% to 70% power just to get a simmer. The induction disk Ninja uses is too small to work with my GE cooktop! The 10″ pan would not work on my large 11″ 3700W element. The 8″ fry pan, 1.5 Qt and 2.5 Qt sauce pan do not work on my 7″ 2500W elements. These are the main pots and pans I use and are completely unusable on my cooktop. In the attached pictures you can see that the disks they use are small compared to the pan. You can also see the corrosion in the aluminum from only a few hand washings. That corrosion scratched the surface of my cooktop. I desperately wanted to like this cookware. I like the weight, and the non stick surface of the cookware. This could be a good set for gas or electric, but are very very bad for induction.

They are a little smaller than I would ideally like but I love the way they stack to store in my tiny kitched.
If you follow the instructions about preheating the nonstick is great. I got these from Amazon returns at a fantastic price and I’m really happy with them.

This purchase was a Christmas present from my husband. It is a great set of nonstick cookware. We did notice that a couple of the items started to peel, But I think it was due to misuse on our part . I contacted Ninja for the warranty. After paying only $22 they sent me four brand new pieces to replace mine that were peeling.

I’ve had this cookware for about three months and use them for daily cookware. They have a heavy base which provides even heating and so far food does not stick. The only complaint I have is that the large skillet has warped and raised up in the center forcing liquids to the perimeter of the skillet. This occurred within the first few days of use. The other minor issue is no vent in the glass lids which doesn’t allow steam to escape
