I never thought I would reach out for this tray everyday. It’s become essential for me. This tray is just the right size, easy to grab, light and sturdy. I don’t only use it for baking small batches but to hold ingredients while weighing. It does everything that a plate could and I can drop it without fearing breakage. I never knew how I survived without this tray!

Be aware these don’t stay shiny for long, but that’s not really the point of a baking tray,
It really is a workhorse and we use it for everything from racks of beef ribs, to potatoes to chicken portions right through to pork cracking. Slow roasting veg etc is a breeze with a little olive oil. Super light and easy to use and clean!

I wish they were dishwasher safe. Technically you can still put them in the dishwasher but the manufacturer advises against it

I love to bake, so one day I needed a practical and compact baking sheet without any frills. I chose the Nordic Ware 1/8 Sheet Pan.
This baking sheet is made of aluminum, which ensures even heat distribution across the entire surface and thickness. It might have been better if it were made of steel, as aluminum heats up quickly but also loses heat fast. However, it is very lightweight, and that is probably the deciding factor.
Naturally, it doesn’t rust, but it is still quite sturdy despite being made of aluminum. Even when dropped on the floor, it didn’t deform. The surface remained smooth after several uses, and cleaning it is not a problem.
We usually use it for small portions or baking in the oven. I’ve tried making a variety of dishes with it, from sweet to savory, and each time the results were excellent.
I highly recommend this tool.

My husband laughed when I showed him the pan. And then I used it for my open face dinner sandwich (he wanted his cold). It was the PERFECT size! And Nordic Ware is great quality; it may be small but it is solid. I may buy another one.

The tray is well built. Only thing is it could have been thicker. It is completely fine for everyday use. The size is perfect for a single to two person meal. Easy enough to clean. Let it soak if it has material stuck to it. Have been using for like 5 months now. Still good to go.

First it is Nordic Ware! But the size is fantastic. So many uses for me. I use it to heat something small in my Breville Smart Pro, and Great for a small one dish meal for one, reheating a slice of pizza. You dream it, it can be used for it. You need at least two, but I am considering getting a couple more. Two cookies (if you freeze your dough and cook only a few at a time. You just find more uses every day. They live on top of my Breville and I have parchment I fold and use a half sheet in each one, ready for me when I need to use them. As for quality, the Nordic Ware pans are actually the best. I have purchased others, but these are designed for heavy use and are well thought out. I always hand wash although they are dishwasher safe. it is so easy if you use parchment to clean and keep clean. Any size is wonderful of the Nordic ware sheet pans; however, this size to me is very useful. I had no idea I would use and like it as well as I do,
The pans do not warp, have terrific even heat distribution, clean up easily, the only con, I wish it had its own rack.

I have time in my mornings, but never have much time for dinner prep by the end of the day so after I make our breakfasts in the morning, I get a head start and prep as much as I can for dinner. I bought 3 of these to use as prep trays and they are just great for that.
There are 2 (sometimes 3) in our household and these trays are a great size. Most of the time, I use these for vegetable prep, but I also use them for my proteins. Proteins can sit in seasonings or marinades, or just rest after being cleaned or cut. What’s nice about using it for proteins, is that if roasting or baking, I don’t even have to transfer to (and dirty) another pan. The pan can go straight from the refrigerator right into the oven. These are thick enough that they conduct and retain heat and do not warp at all.
* * I know all toaster ovens are different, but we have the Breville convection oven and 2 of these trays fit perfectly side-by-side.
I also like that the edges of these are rolled and don’t flare out. What this means is that they stack very well and are also very space efficient. I looked at several other pans of the same size that have flared handholds on the sides. Though convenient, these flared handles take up space in the refrigerator and make them a little more cumbersome to store. I definitely couldn’t get 2 into our Breville if the sides flared out even a little.
I’ve thrown these into the dishwasher, as well as scrubbed them by hand. Slight scratches have appeared, but nothing that’s more than aesthetic.
