Very sturdy, doesn’t change it’s form after uses. If you wash it in the dish washer it changes color but it does not affect the functionality

If you like or love to bake, I would recommend this pan. I use mine for sheet cakes and they come out perfect every time. This is my second pan like this. My daughter gave me my first one for Christmas a few year’s back and after the first time using it, I knew I would have to get another eventually. I even use mine for biscuits for our Saturday morning breakfast and they come out so soft and fluffy. I have not had any problems with my pan and it is easy to store.
The size is great. I have not had any trouble getting mine clean but I do not put it in the dishwasher. The durability is great too.
It is just a great sheet pan for baking.

These are the perfect size sheet pans for a standard oven! They heat evenly, they don’t warp and most importantly, they’re very heavy duty! When you take them out of a hot oven and set them on a cooling rack, you can here them popping as they cool, but they do NOT warp. I’ve had these for a year or more now and have used them many, many times and they haven’t discolored or anything. They basically look brand new. I have 4 of them now and they’re all I use. I don’t bake, but I’ve cooked bacon on them and countless other foods and have had nothing but a positive experience. I’m convinced they’ll last a lifetime and the price really is really good! I’ll be ordering more for gifts!

… so the flat bottom of the pan is about half an inch smaller than the outer top of the pan all the way around. I would have preferred it if the flat bottom had that extra area. It’s not such a big deal that I’m going to return the pan. Just be aware in case this is an issue for you. It might impact how a grill rack will fit in the pan. Other than that, the pan is flawless. Nordicware did itself proud.

I just received the pan and have not yet used it but I like my two other Nordic pans very much. They are sturdy and pretty. I needed a new jelly roll pan because my old one was a little too large for my small oven.

This jellyroll size sheet pan is perfect for my compact oven. It’s sturdy and easy to clean. just to make sure don’t put it in the dishwasher. It’s lose its shine and discolor.

I purchased this pan to add to my kitchen alongside my 3 other pans. I selected this one because of the excellent materials and construction. Honestly, my only disappointment was that it was slightly smaller than my other jelly roll pans when I received it (I had measured my old pans and swear that I ordered the same size of this pan but assume that they may have measured differently than I did). Overall the pan is excellent and I won’t be sending it back just for a size difference.
Compared to other pans out there, this one has excellent construction and will stand the test of time. You won’t be disappointed!

I bought this for my father in law and he wanted a size that you can fit two baking sheets side by side in the oven and this one worked really well. The baking quality is also really good and consistent and is good quality pan.

Très pratique :au lieu du plateau de four, je le pose sur ma grille de four et je peux donc nettoyer ceci beaucoup plus facilement que l’énorme plateau.
Mais 2 remarques :
-Peut rayer ce sur quoi c’est posé : la céramique de l’évier quand je le nettoie
-Délai de livraison long mais c’était précisé à l’avance

Had to buy new pans for my new oven that wouldn’t fit a half sheet pan. This jelly roll pan is the perfect size and I love the even heat distribution with this pan. I have used this in the “broil” mode with no problems with warping during baking. Other than the price, this is a really good pan.
