I wanted a larger cookie sheet for my Oatmeal cookies. I sprayed the sheet with Pam and the cookies still stuck to the sheet. I ended up making cookie sandwiches out of the batch by putting leftover vanilla frosting in between two cookies that had no bottom because it was stuck to the pan. The cookie sandwiches were awesome though.

This is a nice baking sheet for small jobs like warming croissants or rolls. Haven’t used it for major baking.
If you really want a good cookie sheet get a NordicWare 1/2 sheet. I always use parchment paper when baking. Everything comes out perfectly!
As for the glue spot on this cookie sheet, I used rubbing alcohol and it came right off.

I have one of the original 26L Instant Omni toaster ovens and Instant offers no parts or support for this product at all. I wanted to be able to make more than one tray of baked goods at a time, so after shopping around for weeks, I bought this. It fits! But it IS a little bit loose in the slots as is. So I flattened the bent side edge just a little using a rubber mallet and wood block (to prevent dents) and now it’s a perfect fit!
The tray itself is sturdy, easy to clean and well designed!

This is a great cooking sheet! Holds up well. It does scratch after a while, but still works great!

I bought two because they looked exactly like a cookie sheet I’ve had for 30 years. It’s no where as shiny as these new ones of course, but that comes from use! I just baked some buttermilk biscuits (425 degrees), and then shortbread cookies (325 degrees) and these new sheets came through with flying colors. No warping, nice and substantial, thick stainless steel. These work great and will outlast my lifetime I’m sure since the old one is still working great too after 30 years. I’m happy with my purchase.
PS: The issue with the dab of glue holding on the label is easy to fix. I have a spray bottle of “DeSolv It” from Amazon that I use to remove labels off of jars. I just sprayed a little bit on the glue and in about 15 seconds it melted, and I wiped it with a piece of towel paper and it was completely removed. Then a little soap and hot water removed the DeSolv It. There is no sign it was ever there…

Exactly what I was looking for. So easy to clean.

I bought this item because I needed a tray which is exactly 14 inches long which is what this item claims to be, but in reality it is 14.5 inches long so it is too big to fit in the proofing box I bought it for.

I was so tired of rusty cookie sheets! Even if you buy ones that are coated with a non-stick polymer, that coating quickly wears away, and where-ever the metal is exposed you get rust.
I have been using these sheets for several weeks now and I am very pleased. Since they are not coated, I grease them very lightly (e.g., quick spray of Pam) before use. Cookies bake evenly and lift right off. I have baked breaded chicken on them and where the bread coating falls off onto the sheet, it burns. Soak with water just a few minutes and it comes off easily with a sponge.
They are shiny and polished when brand new, but will develop some “war scars” with use. Scratching is unavoidable, but the great thing is that they are stainless steel through and through, so a scratch does not precipitate rusting. Mine have some faint discolorations which I could probably polish off with a scouring pad, but honestly it is very minor and doesn’t bother me at all. So far they have shown no tendency to warp, as thinner cheaper cookie sheets often do. I suspect that because they are heavy gauge, they cook more evenly, but to be fair I have no data to back that up, it is just a supposition.
These are probably 2 – 3 times the price of what you might buy in a typical grocery store, but in my opinion they are so superior to the cheap, rust-prone grocery store brands that they are well worth the higher price.
