So so happy with the quality of this bakeware set! I had initially ordered a different NutriChef set that I was not happy with. The pans were very thin but I was in love with the cookware set that I had from NutriChef so I wanted to give them another shot of winning me over and they did just that with this set! It is high quality and a beautiful color. I’m very happy now!!

Got this as a deal and I didn’t know I needed these! So much better than those cheap ones I had before. These are so great and easy to clean!

Ok, I did a bunch of cooking since these arrived, lol! I took more pics, but I’m sure this suffices. I did not spray or oil the pans, as instructed. The worst performance was the muffins, which would have been remedied with liners. That was the stickiest thing I made, second being marinated chicken that needed to be baked with the marinade. That is three of the pictures. There was some residue stuck on the pan, but not bad. Was able to “scrap” off with plastic utensils very easily.
Also made focaccia. Again, didn’t spray the pan. Not a problem! Washed when cool, and it cleaned easily.
Other good points:
Held its shape in the oven (no popping)
The silicone padding helps with grasping
Nice lid for the 9×13 pan

I haven’t had it long, but these are basically the opposite of my very disappointing Wilson pans (not sure if they were fake, or if it was that big a drop in quality). I had to replace them; they are rust somehow assembled in the shape of pans. These behave and feel different. And if it helps, I bought the Wilsons for my new house (old pans also cheap & rusted). So these are in dry air, desert environment, as were the Wilsons. The crapped out very fast. If the same happens here, I will be back. But these pans are very different.

Listen people I don’t normally rave about anything at all. But this is it. This is worth every Penny that I spent. Just made some Mac and cheese for the first time in my 8×10 cake pan. Normally no matter how much I spray my pans it still ends up sticking. The crisp on the bottom of my Mac n cheese tho was to die for. The easiest pan ever to clean. I recommend you buy this as soon as you can. My son is getting his new place soon and I will be buying him a set as well. Best money ever spent and it wasn’t on sale when I got it. Must but it’s a must buy
