I have been using the toaster oven for a few weeks now and so far I and my family are happy with it. Toasting works perfectly, but at half of the default time. All features so far seem to work as detailed. It heats up quickly, and is versatile with how the rack can be changed. The fan is so quiet that when I first was looking at it I had to look inside to see if the fan was actually working. I haven’t tried all preset features yet, but look forward to trying the air-fry and dehydrate settings.

This is a multi function toaster, oven, broiler and air fryer. Read the instructions, they are complete and it is not just punching a single button. It is very simple if you follow the instructions! The appliance does a lot in a small space, I needed that. It was well priced and I am completely satisfied with this purchase!

This product is fine except it doesn’t alert you when the cooking time is done. All the options listed in the “Menu” are superfluous. They’re just marketing hype. Still, it’s a good oven.

This unit is a workhorse! Looks great. Very easy to use. Lots of functions — Bake, Broil, Air Fyer, and more. Temperature controls and ability to adjust top and bottom temps. Came with some useful things, like the air fryer basket and a fantastic little cookbook. Timer has a pleasant alarm when finished. Cant say enough good things about this unit. I will recommend to friends.

I bought this because my last “toaster oven” was garbage after a year. It’s pretty easy to use. I select how to cook, what temp to cook, and how long to cook individually and hit start. There is no “pre heat”, but once I hit start the food is already in there and ready to start cooking. In my experience the food may cook slightly faster than the recommended time for what I’m cooking. I adjust the time to compensate for that. Not an issue for me or my family at all. Highly satisfied.

We ordered this on an Amazon Prime day special. I was really aggravated because it was obviously damaged. The buttons on the front were at an angle, and the oven didn’t work at all. I swear, I think vendors take advantage of Prime day to off-load damaged items. If you order this, check it and try it out RIGHT AWAY. A new one was sent right away, I must say. Other than that, the air fryer is much easier to use than my Instapot’s air fryer. It’s a standard toaster oven configuration, with 3 rack settings. One of the settings is just to flip the rack, but not a big deal. I made eggplant Parmesan and breaded the eggplant. I spritzed the cutlets with olive oil, but it wasn’t a uniform application, so it didn’t brown evenly. My fault. I tried spraying them with a commercial cooking spray, and they browned perfectly! I did enough eggplant to make 2 pans, and the air fryer component worked great. I tried regular fries, and sweet potato fries, and they did a nice job on those, too. Pretty satisfied.

After using this unit for a few weeks now, I have serious reservations as to why I bought it over some other competitors or models. Price was not a consideration in my purchase, rather features and convenience. Probably the biggest shortcoming is the control panel which takes getting used to. It defaults to certain features with each setting and pressing the wrong button can lead you down a path you didn’t intend to go. I find it annoying that the fan comes on at maximum speed as a default to just about everything. There is no provision for preheating useful before air frying or baking. In the supplied cookbook it refers to preheating but no way to do it.
I do like being able to set top or bottom elements but again, more complication. A simple feature but rarely found is a tang attached to the door, that when it opens the rack slides out a bit making it easier to remove toast etc.
Had I not thrown out the shipping box, I would return it as I only need simple functions. I want to make toast or warm up something, not be confronted with a panel worthy of a flight simulator. I’ve sent an e mail to the company regarding the preheat question, but as of yet no reply.
My advice for potential buyers is to evaluate your need closely. If all you really need is to toast a bagel, then buy a toaster.

I use this every single day. It is extremely versatile and it cooks food great. It’s large enough to cook decent size portions without being too large for the counter.
