As far as the graphics card itself, plenty of reviews can be found online that would be more comprehensive and exhaustive than my own. It is a top of the line graphics card for use in gaming computer rigs, one of the best in its field and it met/exceeded my expectations. As for ordering off amazon, it came directly from the manufacturer, which I didn’t realize but was happy for as know if I have any trouble with the card (which I did not) I will be able to return it to the manufacturer easily. I installed it in my “HP Envy Phoenix 810” and it fit, barely. I will most likely need a bigger case for ventilation purposes, this is a huge card and it gives off a reasonable amount of heat, but nothing a normally ventilated fan cooled system wont be able to contend with. Even in my tightly packed stock case with stock fans I have yet to see my GPU temp push past 70 under normal gaming conditions. As far as the price, it did seem a little more expensive off amazon, but I contribute that to it being shipped directly from the manufacturer, still the high price is why I gave it 4 stars. It arrived on time in excellent packaging, complete with all E.S.D compliant material such as silver and pink polyester pouches. I trust amazon for timely, secure delivery and excellent customer service and as usual they did not disappoint.

Definately worth the money. Just got this card 2 weeks paired with EVGA water cooler and was able to over clock this gem to 1.4gz without messing with over voltage and temps never went beyond 50 degrees Celsius! Reference card all the way.

A great card, took a star off since it’s still surprisingly expensive given that it’s from the previous generation. If you’re looking for a new card, look for something in the 10xx series such as the 1070 or 1080. I bought this to SLi with an existing card I own and it was really worth it.
