So I was skeptical at first since I always go to the worst reviews first with some people saying it was ineffective. I have an upcoming backpacking trip and I’m all about avoiding name brands if I can save a buck with something else that will work just as good. First I put my hand in the smaller bag and held it under the faucet, no moister or anything at all and the water completely rolled of the outside of the bag. I then took my layers and stuffed them loosely in the bag, folding the roll top once or twice I compressed the bag allowing all the air to come out of it and the rolled it the rest of the way creating a tight pack. Through it in the tub and a lil later pulled it out with no wet clothes in the bag.

They’re not the best dry bags/compression bags I’ve used but they work for snacks and clothing when backpacking. A little hard to start rolling the top when it’s full. They haven’t gotten wet yet so I can’t speak to that.

Não serviu para o que eu queria, pois os sacos não fecham. São abertos.

You kind of get what you pay for! It is not as thick as some of other ones, but it is also not as pricey as those. On a recent trip to the lake, it did the job. It kept the valuables water free, although there was a bit of condensation on the inside. You cannot blame that on the quality or material since it is supposed to be impervious to water. May have been from the air I did not push out, since I wanted this to float in water and not get lost.
3 sizes for different things. I do like the bright colors esp the yellow since that is visible from afar.

When it comes to dry sacks, these babies have got your back! I mean, they better, considering they’re designed to keep your stuff dry. So, let’s break down my take on these waterproof wonders.
First, the variety pack is like a happy meal for adventurers – it comes with three different sizes: the 2-liter, 4-liter, and 8-liter sacks. It’s like a “choose your adventure” novel but with bags. You’ll have the perfect bag for your half-day hikes, full-day paddles, and that “I don’t know where I’m going but I’m going” weekend getaway.
Now, the material – it’s soft, flexible, and feels like it’s saying, “I’ll protect your gear like it’s my own.” The rip-stop fabric gives me hope that even if I accidentally drag it through a thorn bush, it won’t turn into Swiss cheese.
As for waterproofing, these sacks surprised me. I even gave them the “accidentally drop them in a puddle” test, and they emerged victorious, just slightly damp around the edges. Size-wise, they’re pretty roomy and the 8-liter sack holds way more than you’d expect.
Now, here’s where we hit a minor hiccup. The roll-top closure can be a bit of a wrestling match, especially when you’re freezing your fingers off in the wilderness. It’s like trying to fold a fitted sheet – you know it can be done, but it’s a wrestling match you didn’t sign up for.
Finally, the “Outdoor Products Plain + Simple Lifetime Guarantee” sounds fantastic, but it also feels a bit like a commitment. Like, am I supposed to pass these down to my grandkids? Will these dry sacks become a family heirloom?
In conclusion, these dry sacks are like your trusty adventure sidekick. They’ll keep your gear dry through rain, rapids, and rogue waves. Just be prepared for a little tug of war when sealing them, and maybe plan to start a dry sack dynasty for generations to come! Five stars because they’re pretty darn good, especially for the price!

To begin, you can’t really argue with the price, what a great value for your money. These bags are great, my phone stayed completely dry while rafting. My phone also stayed completely dry during a storm while I was out hiking. I would definitely recommend these if you’re looking for some inexpensive dry bags.

These are much needed on any canoe trip. Keep your essentials dry from splashing and tip overs. Good value for the price and you get three.
Ken Davis –
Got these to help organise my motorcycle top bag and get ready for a camping trip. So good I am going to get some more.

These are a good size and a great price. They are pretty durable as well. I like that they are all different colors so you can distinguish which one is which. I use the yellow for my sleeping bag, the orange for clothes, and the blue for my cook set while backpacking.
Cons: They are not really water proof. They are actually only slightly water resistant. If you splash water on them, or if it starts raining, water will bead up and roll off, but only at first. If you leave it in the rain for more than a couple minutes, water will soak through. You also can’t really set it in a puddle or anything like that either.
I was backpacking while raining. During a break in the rain, I stopped to have lunch on trail. My sleeping bag was in the yellow stuff sack at the bottom of my pack. I set my pack on some wet grass (but it wasn’t a puddle or anything). It was there for only about 15 minutes. Water from the wet grass soaked through my pack, through the stuff sack, and soaked about 1/3 of my sleeping bag. (Thankfully I got to camp early enough to let it dry out).
Just beware if you are backpacking in rainy and wet conditions, you will want to purchase a more water proof dry bag. Otherwise, these are great for dry conditions, or for things that you don’t mind getting wet.
