Red Rocks Hiker –
Nice variety – something for every harpist.
vendi –
Excellent. Great for playing the easy version and working up to the more difficult version.
Ukalady –
This is piece is the one that all harpists should have in their repetoire and Sylvia Woods sets it out in two different keys and several different versions to suit all abilities. A bargain at the price.
Paige Allen Garrison –
Was not expecting multiple arrangements! Love it! I can easily move from the beginner’s level to the advanced level without having to purchase another arrangement. Sylvia Woods comes through again with a wonderful arrangement!
Holly –
This is a beautiful piece of music that is written in two keys, and both versions have a beginner and advanced level. There are also arrangements for harp plus other instruments. The fingering has been added, and overall is logical and makes sense.
Laurel T. –
Love them all!
barbara hodges –
Just what I have been looking for. A book to please all levels.
Fiona Millar –
I love this piece of music, and this book is a great way to learn it. It has arrangements for solo harp in two different keys, an arrangement for a harp duet, and an arrangement for harp and accompanying instrument such as piano or violin. The spiral binding makes it easy to use with a music stand, and the notation is all very clear and easy to follow. A good buy.
redfour –
Really well organised book – the piece is set out in several versions – easy and difficult in 2 different keys, as well as a duet version. Brilliant for my daughters harp playing – she’s starting with the easy version and will progress. Lovely to have a continuation when it is such a beautiful piece of music.
Sadie Peddler –
Great rendition of the canon. So far I have worked on the easy version and it sounds beautiful!
LM –
I’m only on the simpler version of this so far. And it is still a bit challenging. I’m getting back to harp after years away and this piece is challenging but with practice I’ll get it. I just can’t yet make my fingers move quite fast enough for those segments but her version is lovely and the fingerings are a godsend. Thank you Sylvia Woods!
Karen Wing –
I played this for a wedding and it was lovely.
