This bike is such a smooth ride. The set up is pretty simple, and the screens are so intuitive. The quality is there, sturdy and heavy. It’s quiet, and the volum is adjustable. The resistance knobs and adjustment knobs are simple and easy to use. It’s pretty pricy, but really worth it. Cry once, right?

The Peloton is so worth it. Especially at the Black Friday price I got this for at $1370 + tax. Great for beginners/someone who needs guidance (me lol) and really helps you stay on track while having a great time. It is challenging – so don’t think this will be easy.. but you’ll feel amazing when you complete a class! Keep in mind there is a monthly subscription fee of $55 a month to be able to use these classes .. but do it you will love it!!
Also— Amazon does not assemble this for you so make sure you have someone strong to help you. It is super heavy but very easy to put together

Great bike and happy with my purchase. Even better was that I got it on Amazon prime days so the price was awesome considering they don’t discount brand new bikes. Easily able to assemble and follow along with their video. Happy with my purchase.

I was debating buying a Peleton for a while, the cost was really holding me back. But, prime day come along and I got a $500 discount on this bike, so I snatched it up immediately. Refurbished bikes on their website are more expensive than what I paid.
I’ll be honest, I was concerned that it wasn’t Peleton delivering it, as they also do the whole set up.. but amazon delivered it on time, the box wasn’t damaged at all which was a relief.
All the parts were inside the box neatly. Nothing was broken, everything was there. It took me around 2 hours or so to set up. The box has a home assembly kit with tools and all the screws you need (with a baggie of extras!)
The setup was not hard at all, just time consuming. The build quality of the bike seems VERY solid also.
It is quite a compact bike, I don’t have a large amount of room in my apartment but the peleton fits very well.
Overall, I’d say it was a great purchase! Although I’m not sure I’d spend the original price for it of $1845 CAD.
If you’re not in a rush but you want the Peleton, I’d definitely recommend waiting for another amazon prime day as the sale is just too good to pass up!

I ordered the bike on Amazon Prime days, it was a very good deal. But Amazon Delivery logistics is awful. Delivery Attempt #1: Showed up on time, had trouble setting the bike up, did not look like they new what they were doing, and couldn’t get the bike to power-up, so I rejected the bike. Delivery Attempt#2 (10 days later): Did not show up. Worked with Amazon Customer Service (who by the way were awesome) who told me “it looks like they refused to deliver it.” It was a Friday Afternoon. Delivery Attempt #3: Arrived in the delivery window, set up seemed smooth, accepted the bike. Rode it two and 1/3 times. On the third ride, the first time getting out of the saddle the left pedal began to make a clunking sound and then began to twist my foot. Stopped the ride and discovered the installers had incorrectly installed the left pedal, cross threading it, and then they tried to force it on (without success) damaging the threads in the left crank arm. When I stood up, because the pedal was not all the way in the crank arm, the pedal axle bent. Upon inspection saw that the threads on the inside of the crank arm were mangled. Called Peloton Customer support, and they were great. Unfortunately the only service Appointment is two weeks away.
Customer service from both Amazon and Peloton were great. Amazon Logistics was a 0.

I got the bike plus and didn’t even want to write a review on it. But I feel after being on this bike for only three days I must admit the experience is grand. The bike plus itself is extremely well built, very heavy, very sturdy. The screen is very responsive and big. The speaker system is fine and loud. I was able to assemble the bike by myself but I would suggest two people due to the weight of the bike.
Now the whole point of the bike is the peloton subscription. And yes it’s worth the $45 a month. You get tons of videos with different instructors. They make you feel comfortable and push you gently to reach your goals. What’s also great is that you can turn the screen or cast it to your tv and get off your bike and do other exercises. I don’t like going to the gym. With peloton you’re getting a gym at home and for the price I’ll admit it’s expensive but if you do the math going to spin glasses is more expensive in the long run. I’ll suggest getting the shoes as well, I have them and they do make the experience feel more secure while cycling. I highly suggest getting this bike. It was worth it to me because not only are you getting a very stable bike you’re getting a great motivational experience with the subscription. Peloton is not a commitment, it’s a way of making you a healthier person and you’re the only one that can pursue it.

A very sturdy, well- engineered exercise bike. The magnetic resistance beats anything else I’ve tried; smooth even at high resistance, and the closest to in feeling to riding an actual bike. The bike is extremely heavy, so make sure you have at least two strong people to get it to where you need it once delivered- especially if there are stairs involved. Two problems thus far: the user interface on both the touch screen and their website could use some work- they are sometimes irritating to navigate. The biggest issue I have is that the bike pedals require special cycling shoes with cleats, and the bike is unusable if you do not buy them separately. On top of the already expensive purchase of the bike, the shoes cost me $209 after taxes ($185 before taxes), and I have to wait at least 3 weeks for them to arrive. I purchased a subscription to use their workouts, which costs $55/month, and I will not be able to use the bike for most of the first month as I am waiting on the shoes. If amazon has the shoes in your size, you may be able to get them sooner, but I had to purchase mine directly from Peloton. If you order the bike, get the shoes right away, and wait until they arrive to register for the subscription.
Lastly, just after purchasing my Peloton bike, I recently discovered allegations that Peloton attempted to coerce podcaster Theo Von into not having a guest on his show by threatening to withdraw their sponsorship. This is a practice I am deeply opposed to, and if it turns out to be true, i may cancel my subscription and sell the bike (a return of something this heavy would be impossible). If this is something you care about, consider this before making your purchase.

The Peloton bike is an excellent product that offers a high-quality workout experience. The build quality is impressive, and the bike feels sturdy and durable, making it a great investment for long-term use. One downside is that a subscription is required to access the classes, and there isn’t a free membership included. However, overall, it’s a fantastic product that helps me stay consistent with my fitness goals.

– Buying from Amazon made it harder to get support from Peloton, I kept having to prove I bought it within the the warranty period and still got an email saying you are out of warranty. Eventually resolved, but took multiple hours
– Installers did a crap job and blamed my floors for their shoddy work. The TV screen was also tilted

For this price point, am very happy with the purchase and delivery experience. Very easy to assemble, delivery was convenient and hassle free. Wasn’t sure how much I’d use this, but has been a great addition to my fitness routine. Was replacing a spin bike, and wasnt sure about whether all the bells and whistles were necessary. Classes are amazing and tracking workout metrics has been a huge motivator. Would highly recommend, great investment in your personal health.
