When I received the shipment a brake pad was damaged. Emailed Power Stop and they sent out a replacement the same day. Great customer service and good product.

Great product, look great, stop awesome. Truck is like new again. However, the delivery date was an issue. I could of bought the same product at Canadian Tire for 20% less with a 3 week delivery. Amazon advertising that I could have the product in 5 days. In the end, I waited almost a month and Amazon did nothing for me. Explained the situation and still they did nothing. I’m very satisfied with the product, content with waiting, but very disappointed with paying 20% more for the exact same part number!

Did my own installation, found the front inboard pads a little resistant going in other than that simple install , of course I’ve done about 400 brake jobs in my life. Could feel the braking action getting better as I did the break in. Very pleased with the product, might be a bit more expensive, but worth it 👍🏻👍🏻

I have had these on my F-150 for about a year now. I can tell you, it stops much quicker with much less fade than the OEM pads and rotors that were on it. This set was worth every penny. I tow a 24′ pontoon boat and the trailer does not have brakes of its own and this set handles it like a charm. I definitely recommend following the instructions to the T for the break in procedure. I found a long straight road in a local industrial park and did it on a Sunday when there was no traffic. I think that made all the difference in the world.

Been a month now. Install was very easy and as straight forward as could be!! Broke in as described in the directions. I pull a 33ft. Fifth wheel. I pulled it last week and the power stop brakes were way better than the factory brakes. Stops really well loaded or empty. And it seems as though the rotors are not rusting or discoloring in any way, even running in wet weather. As far as I’m concerned these are the the best brakes for the money.. factory brakes were going to cost $503.00. These were $424.00 with a 10 percent discount code and tax. Would recommend these brakes to anyone that pulls or hauls heavy.

Former mechanic, did many brake jobs. Easy installation at 59,000 miles. Working good so far. We have a 2011 F-150 with the off-road and towing pkg. We tow an 8,500 # fifth wheel and a 4,000 # pontoon so we got the extreme pkg. My only complaint would be that the amount of lube included was light. Added some of aftermarket brand. After break in they are very smooth.

The retaining spring clip on one of the rear pads was off of the rivet that was supposed to hold it on. With a little chisel and hammer I was able to get it to stay attached. Other one was very loose. One would think QC would’ve caught something like this. Other than that the brakes and rotors stop better and stay cooler than any other brakes I’ve ever had including OEM. I would still recommend them!

I have had these brakes for a few months now. Let me tell you these rotors and brakes are truly amazing. I had to haul my moms van 2 hours away to her house and the trailer brakes didn’t work. I didn’t Need them with these brakes on my truck. Truly rated for hauling and towing.
If you’re in the market for new rotors and pads I would definitely go with these. As long as you follow the break-in process exactly and put new brake fluid in then these brakes are worth every penny. SPECIAL NOTE: once fully installed get used to them first. They stop a lot faster than traditional rotors and pads. Press to hard and anyone in the vehicle will fly forward pretty fast. Lol.

Everything was going well till the back pads were not correct. Could have been a picking error or a minor hiccup. The shop I took it too (since I couldn’t get the caliper bolts off) just replaced them with their own. Ate some money but it is what it is.
3 years later they’re cracking and gouged. Do not buy these
