TL;DR – This is an excellent pan. Buy it.

I am surprised and pleased by the weight and quality of this pan. It was purchased to replace a cheap aluminum Tramontina skillet that wouldn’t work with my new cooktop. Right out of the box you could tell this was a high quality pan. It’s heavy. The base is quite thick. It sits perfectly level on my induction cooktop. It actually sits on the cooktop better than my high-end Calphalon sauce pan. The handle comes packaged separate from the pan but includes a screwdriver to attach it with. The handle itself attaches to the pan in kind of a socket fashion. So it does not simply screw flat to the side there is a part of the handle that you can’t see in my photos that fits inside of the metal that sticks out of the side of the pan. The fit of the handle into the pan is superb. It looks like it was molded there. And the handle is not hollowed out, it is solid and feels really good in your hand. I like this pan so much that I am going to purchase a small sauce pot to replace the anodized aluminum Analon pot that I have had for a decade. One thing that I like about this pan is that there are no rivets going through the pan to hold the handle on. A lot of cookware touts that as a plus, but the only thing rivets do is hold gunk around them and make it hard to clean. So now I specifically look for pans that do not have riveted handles. Maybe that’s something to think about while your cookware shopping.

I bought my husband this little egg pan because he destroys one every 6-8 months or so. Not this time! This pan is great! He can’t scratch it, burn it, or ruin it no matter how horribly he fries his food LOL. I actually came in to buy a set to replace my stainless set since they are so non-stick and clean SO easily! It heats up fast and evenly. With a tiny bit of cooking oil or spray nothing sticks. It cleans up with just a couple swirls of a green sponge. I don’t use metal in it but I’ve banged the outside against other pots and the steel sink and gotten no scratches, scuffs or dings. Worth every penny!!

It may just be the honeymoon period, but I’m loving how nonstick this pan is. I use it with a tiny induction cooktop where I don’t have easy access to running water. A wipe with a paper towel to get big residue out, then a splash of water and another wipe with a clean paper towel is a good enough clean for me, leaving it spotless and shiny. I’ve even left it dirty for a few days, then rinsed it under some hot running water and within 30 seconds most of the dried-on residue had just lifted itself off and away.

Perfect size for my use case of regular size cans of non-condensed soup and pasta, sizzling a sliced sausage, or boiling enough water for a ramen cup.

This pan is way better than I was expecting. I got a green ceramic pan years ago and was not impressed with its nonstick qualities. But pans of this small size can be a little tippy if they are too lightweight, so I opted for the slightly heavier weight of the ceramic, and have been pleasantly surprised.

It is super nonstick right out of the box, with no seasoning. It’s comfortable to hold and well balanced in the hand. It has no tendency to tip, even when empty.

It heats up quickly and then holds the heat almost like cast iron. It seems to heat very evenly, without hot or cold spots.

There are a couple of minor things which make it fall short of my ideal small pan. One is that it doesn’t work for flipping eggs. It’s a little too bottom heavy for that, and the angle of the sides isn’t made for flipping, so I have to use a spatula. The other is that I wish you could buy a lid for it; I’m making do with a universal glass lid.

I have mixed feelings about the handle. The fact that it doesn’t heat up is nice, but I think I might prefer a metal handle so I could put the pan in the oven.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with this pan. It’s better than more expensive pans I’ve had and is a bargain at the price. I find myself reaching for this pan first quite often. And I can’t get over how very nonstick it is.

One purchaser in a review commented that these pans will last a long time if you do not abuse them. Do not put them in the dishwasher. Nothing higher than medium heat if you want to cook a steak, use your cast iron. Use teflon utensils. These pans are also lightweight and great for eggs and sausage, sautéeing, light frying of any kind, nothing sticks. I wipe out any grease or food once cooked and wash lightly with dish detergent and water. The nonstick surface makes clean up so easy. Dry and put away with a paper towel separating the pans so they don’t scratch. These are my favorite pans and I use them daily. They are very durable if you follow the instructions that come with the pans. Mine have lasted, a year old and the nonstick surface is still good, the bottoms of the pans are still pretty clean. Handle size and design is very comfortable. They were packaged well. Keep the round cardboard that separated the pans in shipping (for separating tops and bottoms of your pans in the cupboard) It’s a great price for all that you get. I am very pleased with the quality of these pans. I bought a second set because a couple of things a year I need two 10 inch pans at the same time.
