This slightly shorter scale is so much easier to play, and the build quality of the guitar is fantastic!

3 weeks after receiving this gift. Guitar fell from non elevated stand. Neck snapped at tuning heads. Clearly a design flaw. Seller won’t accept refund or store credit.

If you’ve been thinking about a parlor acoustic, pull the trigger. I was torn between this and the Gretsch penguin. But the all magaginy body and the beautiful inlays of this guitar made me second guess, and I’m glad I did. The sound is amazing, especially plugged in. You can get a great diversity of sound. The only problem with this guitar is the tuners. They’re super cheap and a bit prone to slipping. I did a simple cheap upgrade to some Grovers, and couldn’t be more satisfied.
