     **********************UPDATE UPDATE*****************

So I ended up switching out my backpack buckle straps because I put too much tension on them and the little plastic buckles broke. I switched them out for some $5 harbor freight cam buckles straps which are a lot more stronger and durable. There were several steps I’ve completed to get the straps attached to the wheel cart.

    1. I used my saw to cut the hooks off the hoops of the straps

    2. I disassembled the wheel cart so I could slide the hoops of the straps on the bar of the cart

    3. I made sure to put 1 cam Connector On my kayak and 1 on the cart. This way I can connect the straps together while on the water to get them out of the way and somewhat hold my gear down.

    4. Reassemble the cart and on the way you go.
These straps are a lot more durable

And the setup I have is worth the 30-45 mins I spent in this process. They other straps worked before they broke. They only broke because I put too much tension on them. Silly me

This has just arrived today so I haven’t put it through the proper testing to give it a full 5 stars. After a few uses on different terrains I’ll give another review.

So far it’s good! I immediately made a mod to better convince me by adding backpack chests straps for easy strapping and going. I was able to get it under the front end of my pelican catch 110. I Attempted to put it in the back which I prefer but the balance was off and it didn’t maneuver properly in my opinion. My kayak weigh 67lbs and my gear usually about another 20-25lbs and they held up. I usually carry whats in the pic so you can get an idea of what you need.

Overall it moved through my backyard pretty well. And over a few lil bumps. And stayed connected. And I was able to load it in the back on my avalanche with no problems. So I’m my opinion it’s worth the buy and for a few extra dollars for the straps make life way easier than having to use the Long difficult strap that came with it.

I studied many competitor products before purchasing. Reviews on this did warn the tie down may be short but I bought it anyway. Of course I did not expect that would apply to my very standard sized “sit on” kayak. It did mean my kayak! All around, the quality of construction and wheels are very good and I am pleased with the product. But really … the tie down is short by about 6″ if you wish to place the trolley at center (as recommend) … instead of at the bow of the kayak! So, for such a great product, another foot of nylon strap would make a world of difference. Is it really worth that extra smidge of profit margin? Now all I need to do is find a 6″ tie down extension.

Great kayak cart… paid extra to have it shipped to me by a certain date. All updates on shipping said arriving by requested date, then the updates just stopped. Nothing until it arrived at the door, then updated to delivered. Arrived two days late. Other than the shipping, works as it should.

I bought this for an 8 ft dingy. If I strap it on well should work fine. I do like the fact that it folds up nice.
A bit expensive for what it is.

Decent kayak trolley. A little disappointed, because I had bought this one before (https://smile.amazon.com/RAD-Sportz-Trolley-Premium-Airless/dp/B076C2KXS4/ref=sr_1_25?crid=1B2LCMA7C6039&keywords=radz+kayak+trolly&qid=1669296984&sprefix=radz+kayak+trolly%2Caps%2C97&sr=8-25) and tried to buy another one. It was marked as discontinued, so bought this one instead for about the same price. The main parts are all the same, but the strap system on this one is not as good/easy to use. It also doesn’t come with the mesh storage bag that the other unit came with. Thought I was just getting a different color, so a bit of a let down. Will figure out how to make the straps work, and the bag isn’t that big a deal, but definitely buy the other one in the link vice this one if both are available.

I really like this contraption. It is study and good to move a canoe around. I had to watch a You Tube video to see how best to affix the straps around the kayak and frame. Good sized wheels, and the frame is study yet lightweight. I have no complaints – works very well.

Hard to use as individual, collapses when mounting boat.
Sturdy when you get ot working, making moving larger kayaks easier

I’m brand new to kayaking and didn’t realize how heavy they can get from the car to the water. This cart is very helpful for me. Really the only two things that I can say would need improvement are the wheels could be more chunky since they get bogged down in fluffy sand. The other is that I wish the strap was about a foot longer. Otherwise it’s a thoughtfully put together cart perfect for me
