Mr. D. Sullivan –
Got this to toss around with my nephews, and it’s perfect for that. Good for games of casual backyard football. Grippy. Easy to throw. Looks more expensive than it is.
UnderdogMom –
My son and his friends are always throwing around a football when they get together, so we go through them pretty quickly, as they get beat up frequently. This one is super tough. It has a hefty feel and good grip, and it’s holding up better than some others we have had, even when it’s been thrown around on asphalt. My kid thinks it’s cool that it’s black and not the usual brown, and of course that also means it’s easier to tell his apart from his friends’ footballs. It’s become a favorite ball pretty quickly. Can’t speak to the pump, as we used an electric inflator with a pressure gauge for accuracy, but the pump appears to be nice quality too, and it’s nice that it’s included in case you don’t already have one.
spideog –
Good ball, comes with a pump and has a nice soft touch material.
The Final Test –
At first i was annoyed that the pump didn’t come with the little needle attachement. Then i discovered the needle stores in the pump handle! How cool!!
The football is pretty standard, feels nice, a little grittier than a standard pigskin but not in a bad way.

If you’re looking to upgrade your recreational football game, look no further than this Reebok Elite Football.
The first thing you’ll notice is the feel of the advanced composite leather. It’s durable yet grippy thanks to the innovative soft grip technology and TPR lace, making every catch and throw feel secure and controlled. In other words its rubber.
The feel is quite different from the leather ball but if you are serious about Football you already know this. Also a genuine leather football will cost you $100 to $200 dollars for one ball and it is not meant to take a beat. You can’t play on concrete and water will take a toll on it. It’s meant for official football games. This is a recreational ball you can play anywhere and water is not of concern.
The included pump and needle are a nice touch, ensuring it’s always ready for action. But note that the needle is stored in the handle. Initially i thought it was missing but its in the pump handle. Nice addition.
Overall, the Reebok Elite Football It’s a fantastic blend of durability, performance, and playability, making it a clear winner for any casual recreational player.

When the Reebock Elite Recreation Football came, it was uniflated & came with a pump & needle. Unfortunately, due to it being in a prolonged state like this, the ball was misshaped once inflated. After some time, forming & play, the football took shape. It’s made of sythentic material. so the feel isn’t the same as a leather ball, but it works well for throwing around backyard.

LIKES: easy to fill, great grip, nice for pickup games. DISLIKES: none to report. HOW USING: Practicing kicks, pickup games, playing catch in backyard with friends. RECOMMENDATION: Yes. Nice hold, spins well, and is at a good price.

I originally ordered this for my classroom but my son saw it and developed an attachment haha. He’s almost 3 and he carries this ball around everywhere. It’s a really nice, quality football. I had a little trouble pumping it up. My husband had to help me. I didn’t realize you should lubricate the needle before pumping it up. I accidentally pushed the valve in and it separated from the outter part of the football. My husband finished pumping it up and it still functions just fine. It’s obviously too big for my 2 year old but my husband said it’s a pretty good ball.
