M.P. Fryman –
I was unaware that low volume cymbals could sound rather great and be this affordable. Chose the rainbow color and the kids like the look on my drum set. The price and availability fluctuates wildly on amazon for this color but overall, a good deal. They truly are less than half the volume no matter how hard you hit them. A slight bit less nuance when hitting different areas of the cymbals such as the bell vs edge vs body than a normal bronze cymbal (pretty sure these are steel alloy of some kind) but build quality appears to match anything else out there. Will not be disappointed, i can guarantee that. They come with a pretty decent cymbal bag and the shipping was well padded and fast.

these low volume cymbals are a steal. They are significantly quieter yet still feel like the real thing. Why pay $300 + for name brand pieces of metal with hundreds of holes in them? I haven’t compared them side by side, but only knowing these I’m totally satisfied with the sound. It’s pretty high pitched but still has a natural explosion and decay to them. The only flag is the hi-hats are a little trashy but putting a cloth inside helps to clean them up. for less than $100 they do exactly what I need them to do!

Great low volume. I hit hard and these have held shape very well. Not a great bell for a ride cymbals, but these are better than the Zildjian low volumes and a lot better price.
I would buy again for sure

Great low volume cymbals…allows for quieter practice, so you hear all the parts.

The product itself is quality. Nice and solid set with half the noise. My only complaint is that the wrong color was sent. Ordered silver but was sent rainbow. I am sure they would have fixed it by my kid did not want to wait any longer to play. I would order these again.

I bought these to complete my hybrid drum kit because I can’t stand anything about the electronic cymbals on my E kit especially the way they feel.
With 30+ years of acoustic drumming under my belt I took the plunge into an electronic kit for home practice and it’s been a lot of fun and has reignited my passion for playing again, however as great as the E drums sound the cymbals fall short for me. I needed to feel the cymbal respond and hear the attack and decay of my strikes so I went with these Resanito low volume cymbals and I am blown away. They do just about everything a full acoustic cymbal would do at 1/3rd the volume which is what I was looking for.

WOW ! Simply WOW ! I did a little research on YouTube about this product that gave me the confidence to purchase..I had called a local Drum store and inquired about their Low Volume Cymbals that they wanted 419.00 for!
I set these up last night for a practice run and was blown away…Crisp, clear sound at 2/3s the volume! AND FOR A PRICE THAT BLEW ME AWAY !
Cant recommend these enough!!!!

Seriously, ask yourself that question.
Is your goal to buy cymbals that provide a professional level sound while also cutting the volume that you’ll also be able to use for live gigs at smaller venues? If the answer is yes, then you are living in a fantasy land because even the “big boy” low volume cymbals are terrible for the purpose of live music. If you’re too loud for a live venue then get to practicing dynamics… you’re a drummer for goodness sake and need to learn to hit softer when the venue calls for it.
Is your goal to buy low-volume cymbals for practice at home because you need some tone in your life and are tired of the *THUNK* of rubber pads on your cymbals? Do you understand that these cymbals will in no way sound like $600 Meinl Byzance cymbals? Is your ONLY goal to be quieter while retaining some tone? If you can answer all with a yes, then seriously grab these things.
$75 for low-volume cymbals that cut dBs AND give you some tone is a steal. If you are honest with yourself about the realities of practicing drums at home you’ll realize that short of a full electric kit, you’ll never get “quiet” only “quieter”. These give you the quieter you are looking for.
And again, I don’t care what brand you buy, but no one has low-volume cymbals that don’t sound terrible in a live setting. These should be to help you during practice only.
UPDATED REVIEW AFTER 8-MONTHS OF USE EDIT: These cymbals still work amazingly well for practicing. I paired them with some silent stroke drum heads for my shells and I am able to practice in my garage, play some music on my BT speaker, and let it rip. I live in a town house and I’ve had my close neighbors act surprised when I’m loading my drums into the car for a gig — I get some form of “I didn’t know you played drums!” – and that was my goal. Still 5 stars, still happy with the purchase, still great for practicing at home, and still never using these for live gig.

The sound doesn’t resonate at all with or without mic adjustments. I was hoping that I could use them as the colours and holes were perfect for my weekly venue

For use with both a ‘low volume’ acoustic kit and/or an edrum (hybrid?) kit. I find them bit dry-sounding but I can add ‘wassssh’ with a simple ‘sizzler’ – nothing more complex than just the drum key suspended from the center lug works well.
