I’ve got this one in the 15 lb model. With it being shorter than some other Indian Clubs makes it a lot easier to wield. But make no mistake, this is deceptively heavy. Great for improving balance, strength and progressive conditioning.

Been using Indian clubs for mobility and shoulder warm up.. Decided to add club bells to my weight training library.
With the price of each club of competitors pretty steep, I decided to buy the cheapo 10 and 15 pounder.
The 10 is grippy enough. I’m not sure the 15 will have enough texture for a sweaty hand though. Using the 10s now and grip strength and endurance seem to move up pretty quickly.
My only real negative is the powder coating. It gets marked up pretty easily and had mild texture I
have a titan club bell with a bit more texture and it’s more durable. Finish Been knocked around a bunch and mo marring of finish. Got 3 scuffs on these clubs first week
Not sure if I’ll be sticking to this brand for 20 and 25 lb upgrades. Will depend on how the 15 holds in the hand. May have to use some chalk or switch brands. Time will tell.
Price is great to get started on.an oddball fitness product. I really like em. Finding educational content is sporadic on YouTube – but it’s out there. Pick a few basic moves, practice light and test heavier when you get the techniques down.
I am really liking them as a supplement to weightlifting. Seems to be clearing some chronic shoulder impingement I’ve had.
I would recommend this product for someone new to club bells for first time.

I wanted an entry – level club and this fit the bill. It was on sale, came quick, and has enabled me to begin learning the basics. 10-15lbs is the recommended starting weight. Your body responds to the workout you put it through- not the expensive brand name on the club.

Happy with the purchase.. my concern was images appears to be for the smaller weights. This is good

Me gustó la calidad y la distribución del peso

Solid clubs. Plain all black and look nice. Sold metal without any of that softer covering material which I prefer. They have some texture so if you wear rings when you work out it could scratch them. Double checked them on my bathroom scale and they are 5lb exactly.

I just got this thing. I’ve been waiting for it. Yet, with mixed apprehension. I’ve recently had shoulder surgery and have some pretty severe neurological issues going on. So, I wanted something to help me rehab. Issue for me – I’ve been an avid weightlifter for decades and I’m used to heavy weights. When I saw these – I figured they were a little overboard with telling people to get the lighter weights to start. Even so – I figured: I’ve never used these. Although I have a kettlebell. These are different. And – they were right.
It was packed well. I will say – I purchased other items also, so it was in a bigger box. Knowing Amazon’s packing- I doubt they’d send it in this little one.
Over all A++++. I love this thing. You feel it in your core. It’s just the right weight for me now rehabbing. I see it helping greatly. I got the 5 lb for now. However, I do foresee myself going higher in weight as the days progress.
If you’re on the fence. Get one before the prices go up. This company seems to be very competitive and they have the best prices for a real quality item. I’m very pleased with my purchase. I wish I’d done it sooner.
This is NOT a paid review.

I just got mine. Packaged well and no damage to the club. Looking forward to another new style of exercising. The first being the Steel mace I got two weeks prior. Like the Mace, the weight is deceiving. I got the 15lb’der. As I’m not twenty or thirty something anymore, this will be a nice addition to my fitness program. Looking for a more functional style of exercising. Kettlebells, Steel mace and now a Steel club. Functional Fitness. I got the hang of this pretty quick, compared to the Mace. This will challenge your muscles. It will work you out well. Outer circles, inner circles, squats and lunges to name a few of the exercises you can do. Too bad there isn’t a 20lb’der from this company. I will more than likely get a second 15lb club to have a pair. Great exercise tool.

Retrospec 5lb Steel Club: A Small Wonder for Big Workouts
Let’s face it, sometimes picking up a new workout tool feels like a gamble. But with the Retrospec 5lb Steel Club, consider it a lucky roll of the dice (or, you know, a well-placed click on “add to cart”).
Sure, I already had a few 5lb clubs gathering dust in the corner. Bulky and awkward, they never quite fit the bill. Enter the Retrospec Steel Club: a compact powerhouse that’s a joy to swing. It feels secure and comfortable in your hand, despite its surprising heft. The shorter length might take a moment to adjust to, but trust me, it quickly becomes an asset, allowing for smooth and dynamic movements.
Don’t let the size or weight fool you – this club packs a punch! It’s a fantastic investment that will have you wondering why you didn’t discover it sooner. Highly recommend!
