This is a great tail light, especially for the kids bike. The overall build quality is good, and the light is very easy and quick to install on the seat post. The frog eyes also light up in a couple of the lighting modes. Having it charge by USB-C is also a plus compared to other tail lights that use the disposable small batteries.

I wanted some additional tail light lighting and I’m very happy that I came across this light. It is packed full of features which makes being visible so much easier day or night. I really like the brake light feature of it and it works great. You just press through the single button menu as the instructions state and set it on the brake light setting and whenever you apply the brakes on your bike the taillight comes on just like a regular brake light. Other features include various flashers and an automatic on feature when day turns to night. Charging it is simple with its gasket protected USB-C port and it doesn’t take long at all to get a full charge. I’ve charged the light twice in a few weeks and it hasn’t died on me yet with numerous trips to the grocery store after dark. All in all this light is perfect for anyone looking for the same features that I was and one last feature I almost forgot about is that it is waterproof and I’ve tested it in some very wet conditions with water from the rear tire soaking it nonstop on a really rainy day.

I like it, it has nice patterns of beams. It’s a brake light at a bargain. The usbc cable is included- is the weakest cheapest cable….I tried to charge my phone with it, it had a message on my phone saying USE your Original USB cable to charge…this light up Slow Charging!

We do quite a bit of recreational biking. Our main bikes are kitted out with lights front and rear. We also keep two “spare” bikes for visiting guests. We decided to get lights for them too. We ordered this rear light hoping it would meet our needs. After getting it, charging it, and attaching it to the bike, I’d say it meets our bare minimum needs. The light is less bright than I’d like. The “eyes/ears” lights are cute, but not especially functional. There are several modes that can be selected using the button that will be on the bottom side of the light is it’s mounted the way it seems to be designed. The mount is only designed to attach to a vertical surface (e.g., the seat pole). It would be nice if there was an option to mount the light horizontally, like on the back of a bike rack, but that’s just not an option. This light will suffice for our spare bike, but I wouldn’t use it on my regular everyday bike.

My kids doe snot like putting his light on his bike and tends to leave and ride his bike without turning it on. Solution, get him something adorable that he will want to use. He is 11 and once I slapped this on there he always actually uses the light. He likes the, what I call “Cylon”, mode where the light goes left to right then right to left.
The mount is OK, I do wish it was a little longer to be able to mount thru vent holes on his helmet or the bike frame, but its pretty short so only really works on a seat post.
It charges reasonably quickly and lasts several weeks of his use without needing charging. Given the price I would say defiantly worth it if you think it will make your kids use it.
