Honestly, despite this being the game that technically gave birth to the Red Dead Redemption games, it does not have the same charm at all. It’s really fun, but the story feels very fragmented and at times, the gameplay gets absurdly difficult. Not a phenomenal game, but still worth a few bucks.

I love this video game even though it’s kind of rough in a way but very entertaining. Thank you for my order.

Game is exactly as listed. It was listed as some scratches and no manual, which is true. The game plays perfectly (no freezing or crashing). Very happy with my purchase.

Ive been searching for some different type of action adventure games on my old playstation 2 other than racing cars or war. This western is awesome. Looks like a genuine Clint Eastwood style western with a no-holds-barred shootem up, as Red goes on the defensive to shoot down the bad guys as he travels to towns or on a train.

After playing red dead redemption I heard about this game, so I was eager to play. The story takes place in western times toward the end of the 1800’s, you play as a bounty hunter Red Harlow and switch to a couple of other characters throughout the game. It’s basically an action adventure type of shooter, has a good soundtrack to it making it feel very western along with the well designed environments. It’s mostly story missions to play, but you can also choose to play 3 other game types outside the story. This game is not anything like gta series, so heads up to people who are expecting it to be gta type of gameplay. The story is very short but good. it has no connection whatsoever to redemption, only thing similar with both games is just the combat. This game was pretty good for it having been out in 2004. All in all if you like western & shooting games then I highly recommend this game, just don’t expect the story to be as heavy as redemption’s. Still great though.

Man, this game is like a cartoon version of a Clint Eastwood movie. I mean, just look at the box! It has a quick-draw system, cool characters, cool characters, and is chock-full of fun stuff to do! I don’t care too much for the 2-4 player system, but I think it’s a lot better than a lot of games that try to have multiplayer and fail…epically!

If you’re a fan of cowboys and fun, I’d give this game a try. If not, try it anyway.

GREAT — prompt shipping (even amidst the pandemic), box is in excellent shape & same for the disc, even the manual inside looks brand new. Didn’t expect this PS2 game to be in such awesome shape but I’m glad it is — 5 stars !
