The rokid max is a step above the AR air, it is HCDP compliant and has a crisp clear 215″ screen that filtered out 90% of the front light which makes you feel like no matter where you are you can feel apart of the movie and gaming experience.
I had a moto 5g stylus that I had to turn in after getting this device as the phone did not have Miracast on it. A 350.00 mistake by the end of it so if you get this glasses just know that Miracast is critical to it’s function not all models are plug and play and do require the goovis power bank adapter to operate optimally.
Sound quality can be a bit dim in certain situations, but otherwise the sound is clear and crisp and allows you to make full use of the AR experience. The brim does run warm and not hot, but the myopia dials and adjustments on the legs of the glasses are a truly welcomed sight.
At 75 grams it’s lightweight and does not give eye fatigue and while it may look like that your looking through a viewfinder at times once your eyes adjust it is an experience of a lifetime.
If I had to rate the glasses it would be 4 out of 5 due to the fact I have to be teatherd to the wireless adapter, but aside from that this product is highly recommended. Speedy delivery and truly a technological marvel.

I purchased these glasses because I’m a nerd and I was going on an overseas trip and wanted to use them on the plane and trains. The sound is not loud enough to use on a plane. The only way I could hear was to cup my hands over the speakers on the glasses. I downloaded a 3D movie to watch and switched to 3D mode. That feature definitely needs work. I saw double images and could not make out some of the video. I had to switch back to 2D mode. The app that is downloaded from the app store is about the WORSE app I’ve seen. It is completely useless. I could not get anything to work. I reinstalled the app with no success. Don’t purchase these thinking there is a lot of content in the app. I’m so shocked they made the app available. I’m using a Samsung S24 Ultra phone and I also used the RayNeo Pocket TV with the glasses. I gave it 3 stars because they glasses worked great on the train, in a quiet place or laying down.

I own, many VR headsets (including the Quest Pro). This is the most comfortable glasses for AR content.
It’s unbelievably light and with amazing picture quality. I use it daily connected to my Samsung phone with DeX mode.
You can be sitting on the chair at work, sofa at home, or lying on bed at your bedroom, the screen is bright enough and can be dim enough for all those situations (I like that the lowest brightness level also apply blue light filter “undocumented feature”, very useful for night time).
What amazes me is how this thing is not popular already. Way better experience than tablet’s folding phones, TVs. The only thing it can’t replace is my multi monitor PC (it’s limited to one screen).

Donโt waist your money on this not worth the price i bought it and im regret buying it cause 2 main reasons.
1:- it doesnโt feel like wow you can see in big screen which is a big lie.
2:- all the corners are blurry and if you watch something more than 30 mints your eyes turns red and effect your vision for at least couple of hours.
I felt like im loosing my eye sight. Thatโs my 6 months later experience and review. So be careful buying this donโt and itโs third party itโs not easy to return too good luck on buy one.

These glasses were plug and play for my iPad Pro and my MacBook Pro. I bought them to watch movies while relaxing on the recliner or in bed. I have no real intention of gaming with them, though I would imagine you could. Just keep your head still.
For the most part, the picture is great. Plenty of brightness, though I use them mainly with the lowest or next to the lowest brightness setting, because of the dark environment of the bedroom. The picture is definitely fuzzy at the sides and corners. The fuzziness is more noticeable when viewing a browser or non-letterbox picture on both the iPad and MacBook. However, when viewing a letterbox movie it is less noticeable and in fact is very similar to a large movie screen, where you mostly focus on the center of the screen. The audio is satisfactory in a quiet environment. However, ambient noise could make it difficult, as does lower recorded source audio. At times, I wish I could boost it just a bit.
I do have an astigmatism. I tried wearing my glasses under these, but it becomes bulky. So, I ordered the inserts (they were delivered in less that a week). The results were the same as when I wore my glasses underneath them, but without the bulk. I would recommend the inserts. I also find myself adjusting the glasses up, because they have a tendency to slide down my nose. I made need to roughen up the nose pads for better grip.
Overall, I find that these glasses do what I bought them for … movies and tv watching. I only gave four stars because of the fuzzy corners and somewhat weak audio. Other than that … pretty impressive.

I have to say I love the idea of a portable virtual display. This is what those glasses are by the way, they’re OK to work and play on the go, compatible with my Steam Deck, but definitely not AR glasses as advertised, if only because the top half of the display is blocked off by an opaque section containing the electronics.
Unfortunately, the displays cannot be adjusted spatially in any way, so 1. the glasses are slightly too narrow for me, and the sides of the virtual screens are out of focus, and 2. most importantly the space for the nose bridge is quite small. Wearing the glasses without nose pads (let alone with!), the displays still sit too high and I can only see half of the screens. The only way for me to see most of the screens is to have the arms not above my ear as you would expect with glasses, but over it at the level of my ear canals. In that position, the screens lose clarity and the sharp edge of the nose bridge digs into my skin, while the narrowness of the glasses means the arms put uncomfortable pressure on my ears — although at least it keeps them in place.
In short, great idea with decent hardware, but poor execution that makes it impractical for people like me with bigger heads and/or large nose bridges.
