Just received and assembled the piano AND the bench that came with it. The โincluded in boxโ does not specify that a bench is included. The first accompanying product suggestion is a bench. Only one photo of the piano shows a benchโall the rest, no bench. I thought no bench was included and ordered the suggested one. Iโll probably send it back as the included one, although a little small, is steel framed and very sturdy. Adequate for my young grandson.
The โwoodโ materials are press board with veneer. Inexpensive, but strong and with the veneers they look fine. Keeps the cost down. The hardware for assembly is good quality steel, and there are easy to follow instructions. It took about two hours to unpack and assemble. Great sound and accessory ports. Good buy.

As a music educator, it has always been important for the piano/keyboard in our rehearsal room to be in tune, solidly built, and worth the $ investment. This Roland is exactly that. It arrived extremely well-packed. The base was very easy to assemble. I would buy this again.

I thought that I had not been sent the piano I ordered. What I received did not seem to have Operating Center #2, which is above the center of the keyboard. I pushed back the keyboard cover, and no display, no knob, no nothing. Just the keys.
But I was wrong. By dumb chance, once when I was pushing back the keyboard cover it lifted up slightly and I caught a glimpse of something. I lifted and pushed back further, and voila! There was the “missing” Operating Center #2!
So….the instructions could be a bit more explicit by stating that you have to push back AND lift up slightly to get to the second operating center.
Other than that, the piano itself is lovely. It looks lovely and it sounds great. The keys are weighted very nicely. It feels like playing a “regular” piano.

En mi opiniรณn Roland y Yamaha tienen los mejores pianos. Se siente sรบper sรณlido y suena increรญble, las teclas como de un piano real. Estoy feliz con la compra

Little trouble with shipping and Amazon, but once we got the piano we are happy.
