I’d redone all the plumbing and drainage under the sink and added new touchless faucet and all the wiring etc for that to be supplied by the trash disposer switch. Added new pipework and valves for the faucet, dishwasher and fridge ice/water dispenser. But the base of the cabinet was ugggghhhh! The Perma-White brushed/rolled easily and covered well. I’d spent a long time killing off mold by soaking the bare wood base of the cabinet with distilled vinegar every day and then using a stuff brush to work the vinegar in (do not use bleach!) Gave it a final cleaning with Krud Kutter and rinsed that off. Used a fan heater to make sure it was dry. The Perma-White covered base and up the sides a few inches of the under sink cabinet and the adjacent cabinets so well that it only needed one coat with a touch-up on spots I’d missed in the prep. And now it’s clean and bright! Cannot praise this product more highly!

I got this to fix a patch of peeling paint on my shower ceiling. I scraped and sanded it down, patched to even it up, applied Zinsser peel stop then two coats of this. The eggshell texture matched the rest of the ceiling perfectly. Looking at it now in the soft light of the shower it is an almost invisible repair job, you’d have to know it was there to spot it.
Can’t comment on the mold/mildew resistance just yet. I’ll find out in a year or so.

I’m not super knowledgeable about pain and such as I don’t so it often. I bought it to cover some mistakes on my ceiling.
I was just using it for little spots around the room and it covered good. A nice consistency, thick enough to cover but not too thick that it took long to dry. Good amount of product for the price and versatile so if like me you bought it to cover up some boo-boos you can seal it back up and save the rest for later use.

The paint is like a peral white. The paint washes off easily with soap and water. It’s not too thick. This paint would be good for small projects.
