I have a table in my office that has to serve as a desk most of the tiime, though I sometimes need to clear the space for other uses, like layout work where I need the space. This organizeer allows me to pick up all my current paperwork and desktop tools – pens, pencils, paper clips, etc, and move them as a unit elsewhere. Everything is in one, movable location and I can relocate with one trip.This organizer is sturdy and a bit heavy, but everything, including work folders, are easy to access.

Bigger and more useful than expected, honestly. The horizontal shelf is large enough for slightly oversized or European (A4) folders and notepads, the back shelf is perfect for a tape dispenser, paperclip holder, and small container for miscellaneous items. The construction is very sturdy and even a bit heavy for what it is (a good thing, in my opinion).

Very sturdy, not seeming likely to break for however long I’d have it.
Very practical, as you can see for yourself, with the three pull-out drawers extremely easy to move. They aren’t tightly in a track or anything like that, so they feel a bit wobbly as you move them, but that’s no “problem,” just a description of something that doesn’t bother me. In fact, that’s the reason they open so easily: they just rest on the floor underneath them so that sliding them out and back in is so very easy.
Those 3 drawers mean you can’t keep anything in front of this unit, or you wouldn’t have the room to pull them out, but I knew that ahead of time and accepted that fact. If you have space problems, when you measure your desk to assess how this thing would fit in it, remember to allocate space in front of it to keep mostly clear. Actually, I do keep something in front of it anyway without any problem, even if “blocking” one of the drawers. Since I don’t access all three equally as often, I can keep something small there, and just slide it over a little if it’s in the way of a drawer I want to open. So the problem of losing space in front of it due to the drawers being at the level of the desk upon which it rests is less of a problem than I expected.
It’s a simple device, and you can see for yourself from the photo exactly what it is and does. I can’t add much other than to verify that it is very sturdy and seems likely to do its job for years or even decades to come from normal office use.

I hesitated to buy these as I felt they were very pricey. They are sturdy and really organize my office with 5 drawers and the top for storage as well. There is nothing flimsey or ‘throw away’ about them and magnetized hooks and cards affix well to the outside. The drawers have a backing so they don’t fly out the back when closed. Well designed and easy to see what is in each drawere. I highly recommend them and worth the extra cost. I have several other similar items in my office that I am less than pleased with, but this one was a winner.

The nice thing about this unit is the size; it holds so much that I was even able to transfer other “holders” of bills and such onto this unit to free up even more desk space. You need a good sized desk for this to be practical. The upper shelf is very useful. I really haven’t found any paperwork that won’t fit somewhere. The side folder holder is a real plus as well. I’ve de-cluttered and gotten rid of several things on my desk that separately did a good job but used up too much space. This consolidates everything very well. Highly recommended.
