Be careful to make sure the connectors on these will work with your items. These were described as being a “universal fit” for LED strip lights, however when I received them they did not fit my LEDs at all. I then was left with either returning these, or purchasing a connector adapter, and there are many of those to choose from. So, I did return these power supplies and just purchased a power supply from the manufacturer of my LEDs. If these will work for you then they really are a good value, just make sure they match your correct connector size.

I have several decorative yard inflatables for Halloween and Christmas.
Most of them use the Gemmy 12 volt AC Adapter.
Those adapters are not sealed, the clam-shells are put together and tapes so they don’t fall apart.
They are in no way waterproof or even water resistant. (Strange for an outdoor product.)
Well, we had a really bad wind and rain storm, and water penetrated two of them.
One blew, and one I was able to fix.
Replacement Gemmy 1 amp adapters are 11-15 a piece.
I picked up a 2 pack of 12 volt 2 amp adapters for 13 that come with the barrel to terminal adapter.
I took a part the Gemmy adapter and de-soldered the DC connector and screwed it into the terminals of the SANSUN adapter.
I then taped it all up and plugged into the barrel connector. I then taped, or shrink tube around that to seal it up.
Works like a champ
My original Gemmy adapter was only 1 amp, but I got these two amp ones so I can drive two inflatables, so I can cut the cost even more. Also, it gives it a little overhead as the Gemmy adapters get quite warm.
I am docking it one star, because the barrel connector of the SANSUN AC adapter has a very sloppy and loose fit to the barrel to terminal adapter it came with. It comes off too easy!!!
Not the end of the world for me, because I was taping and sealing it closed to weatherproof it.

When I had an issue, they reached out to me to make things right.
This is very rare today.
I am grateful they have reached out to me to replace them.
Update 1:
1 of the adapters failed after 2 weeks.
I have contacted the company, let’s see if they do something about it.
Since I already threw away one of the boxes of the 2-pack, not sure if I can return to Amazon.

Seller was quick to respond and is sending a replacement!
Update 3:
The replacements 2A are dead too now.
Some with very minimal use.
The 5 AMP model died after a week, with only a 1-2 amp load.

I used the adapter to connect the supply to wiring.
I never measured with a meter to verify the current it provides, but the motor it is running consumes about 1.35 amps at 12vdc. The motor runs well. The motor does not slowdown under a load.

If you’re not sure if this will work for you. Do NOT order this. I went to return this after finding out that this will not do what I need. It’s is NOT RETURNABLE. Which I think is a scam in it’s own right. It does not state this anywhere in the description. However, if you hover over the return link. It will say Non-refundable.
This should be stated on the description. Not hidden in the returns link.

Thank you for the great invention. Everything works well as soon as I took them out of the paciage. Really hope they will last long. Yet the affordable price, I think replacement wouldn’t be a biggie.
One note of reminder for amateur like myself, double check your LED’s voltage before making the purchases. Some LEDs require 24V input while some need 12V.
