On this software it is difficult to enter the product key that is required to load the software. I am on to my second copy of the software, I sent the first back to Amazon as I couldn`t enter a simple product key to the programs satisfaction. Speaking to Serif the firm who created the software was a joke as they transferred me back to Amazon. Finally after a lot of trying I sent Serif an e-mail, they finally answered it and sent me a third product key which after three attempts to put it in it worked. The actual software is ok, it works fine now that I can actually use it.

This program I bought to help me simply collage photos into a single image without a heavier program like photoshop. It took so much run around unless you were going to do things in a way that ended with you purchasing more stuff from their website and publishing it to it. Not a terrible program but annoying and manipulative.

Up until now I have been happy with Amazon and their products. I purchased the Serif Photo projects 3-22-2013 and most of the choices do not even work you cannot edit any of the photos or remove red eye you can’t resize and every time you click on a choice they want you to purchase part of it in order for it to work. I paid $20.55 for it and the very next day I found it on amazon for
$4.48 now that is ripping people off.
It is not even worth the $4.48 not to mention $20.25 It does not work properly with windows 7 so this is just trash to me.
You can’t even return these digital products even if they do not work on your computer properly.
