I have a Canon EOS R and a 24 – 240 lens. This gets heavy. This strap takes the weight off my shoulder. U also have a a Cotton Carrier that sits on my hip. This one is much smaller to travel with and I can wear it all day.

This camera strap is incredibly well made. The stitching is tight and every stitch line end is properly finished. The attachment tabs look like they would be the weak point in the system, however they are made of very strong material and have a built in feature to indicate if they are wearing out. Highly recommended for heavier DSLR and mirrorless cammeras.

So much better than straps that come with a camera. Why did I wait so long to upgrade! Strap is a bit wide but provides great support when a heavy lens is attached to my Cannon R6 which is already a fairly heavy camera body.

This is the first cross-body strap I ever used and it turns out to be perfect for me. I just attached the loops directly to the camera (a Nikon Z9) and it was perfectly comfortable with lenses ranging from 14mm-400mm. I like how the strap releases quickly for the times I put my camera in a brace for shooting video.

I own multiple of these straps.
Iโve owned 10-15 different straps down through the years and the Peak Design is. Y far the best. The material is soft but firm, the latches are quick and made of metal. The adjustment system works with the flip of a switch and only takes a second to get your strap to the desired length. They come with extra anchors so you can use it on multiple camera. The strap is double sided, one smooth side for wearing around your neck and one side with a grip texture for carrying over your shoulder.
The anchors are rated for 200lbs. I havenโt tested it but they carry a Sony A7Riii and 70-200gm 2.8with grip and speed light /controller without issue.
I donโt see myself changing strap brands unless Peak Design comes out with something better.

This seemed like a good product at first but I don’t think it is the right one for me. I tend to carry my long zooms on this and it works fine. I attach the plate to the tripod shoe and stick my head and left arm through the strap so the strap can slide around me as I move the camera up to my eye. But when I carry one of my primes on a camera body in my right hand or with the strap just on my right shoulder the slippery strap slides off and I catch the camera in the crook of my elbow. Not good.
