The liner lock isn’t functional. The blade won’t stay locked when open. The slightest bit of pressure on the blade will cause it to fold closed which when you’re using it, is where your fingers are. It would be perfect if it was usable. Sadly it’s going to be garbage, just not safe to use.

Okay so I’ve had this blade for about 3+ years now. I bought it somewhere else but I found it here new so I thought it appropriate to give my thoughts on it after some wearing on it and experience.
Right now this knife is discounted and available for 12.99 which is GREAT! For the price you’re getting a Smith and Wesson quality bang for your buck so you don’t have to commit 300.00 for the just about the same quality youd get somewhere else. So that alone should entice you to give it a shot.
As far personal wear and tear… It still holds strong after years of pretty much daily use. I’ve used this for everything because I don’t believe in safety blades lol Now it’s got some scuffing, it’s got a tiny chip (please refer to the images above) but honestly I’ve gone out of my way to attempt to puncture everything from aluminum, and even sheet metal to see how it holds up and I gotta say… With the right angle and technique and the right amount of force, you could punch right through bare metal and the blade will hold up.
It’s still sharp and strong.
I’ve sharpened this blade on my own to low effect, unfortunately this blade requires the hands of a professional and someone who knows what they’re doing to keep the point and sharpness on this blade.
So I don’t recommend sharpening this on your own without the right equipment. The point or tip of the blade is decent. Only slightly worn down since purchase so I wouldn’t worry to much about dulling it from regular use.
I have a bad habit of playing with my personal blades so truth be told, I’ve probably gummed up the folding and unfolding hinge a bit. Its not as smooth as it was before but I think if you lube it up with some degreaser it’ll be like new. I don’t think the mechanism can be worned down until it doesn’t lock anymore. I’ve probably opened and closed this blade well over 3000 times now and it still locks perfectly, just difficult to open with the flare and swish of the hand which is what I do to open it.
The handle is still in great shape as it’s made to last. It’s held its shape and has ZERO damage. It forms to my hand perfectly and the ergonomic shape fits exactly to my hand. Though I have somewhat of “musicians hands” my hand shape is defined so it might be cumbersome or uncomfortable for older gentleman with stronger and thicker labor man’s hands.
Besides everything, this is a more than decent blade that’ll last you a good 5+ years at LEAST and won’t break the wallet. The blade shape is awesome as well with a clip shape so that’s a plus, great for penetration and slashing all the same. I’ve taken this blade just about everywhere and it’s held up this long. I’ve lost it frozen in the snow, taken it underwater, left it in the hot sun, dropped it from a 4 story building etc and everything and it’s still my daily routine to clip it on my work belt because it’s held up this long.
This blade is perfect for a gift and first time utility tactical folding knife that’s LEGAL and easy to carry and use. I’m no expert, but I thoroughly recommend it.

Probably the best, cheap EDC knife you can buy. Feels good in the hand and comes fairly sharp. Belt clip keeps the knife secure in your pocket, and the handle is comfy in the hand. Can handle all the basic tasks you’d need from an EDC knife well. I carry it if I don’t want to risk losing one of my nicer knives.

I got this knife today, and immediately knew I needed to review it. See, I picked this knife because it was in top reviews, and it had the features I was looking for (serrated, carbon steel or AUS-8, low price point, etc.). I later went back to the reviews here, and a ton of them scared the crap out of me. The biggest one being people claiming the locking mechanism didn’t come down far enough to lock the blade into place….
I’m including up close pictures so you can see this knife for yourself.
It’s a good, solid build. Much better than what I expected $12 to get me. I recently paid $22 for an AUS8 knife which wasn’t nearly as nice as this one is.
Razor sharp edges, even at the serrated portion. The clip is heavy duty metal, and is screwed into the frame. There’s good weight to it which indicates it’s good metal, but it’s still lightweight enough to make a great pocketknife. Most importantly about the weight is when it’s open, it’s actually balanced towards the center – the ultimate mark of a great knife.
No, the top part isn’t sharp. I DIDN’T EXPECT IT TO BE SHARP. Anyone familiar with this kind of blade design KNOWS the top part is NEVER sharp, and WHY.
Most importantly, THE LOCK WORKS PROPERLY. No, it doesn’t move ALL the way to the other side, because that would quite obviously make the blade unsteady and more likely to slip down. It positions itself right below the blade, like it very well SHOULD.
Honestly, for the $12 I paid, this is an absolute STEAL. It could quite easily be a $30 knife.
Please. Check out the detailed reviews here. Those are the people who know what they’re talking about. Most of them discuss using this knife for work purposes, as well. Those are the kinds of reviews you need to pay attention to here on Amazon.
For me personally, I’ve been trained in hand to hand combat including knife fighting for self defense since I was 5 years old. My grandfather was a Korean war vet with medals and honors, and he was into knives both as a collector and as a defense weapon. I like to carry a good pocket knife on me because a. People in public get nervous when I carry a buck knife strapped to my hip and b. I know if I have to defend myself, I’ve got my best chances with a knife in my hand, no matter the attacker.
I also know that one doesn’t need a $100 knife just to stick it to someone or something. Just good metal, good balance for throwing, and a good blade design which not only allows for it to cut, but also allows one to twist it so a wound doesn’t close back up when it’s removed. When it comes to survival, this is how you take dinner down, and with a serrated edge, you can even saw some small things. Additionally, should you ever get pinned down by a seat belt, serrated edges will allow you to cut yourself free.
This knife qualifies for all of that. So if you’re just looking for a good cheap multipurpose knife, this is a good pick.

I got this knife for my husband and he likes it. It’s sharp and durable and does what he needs it to do. It has a good grip on it, and is easy to use. Fits perfectly in his pocket. We’ve had it for a few months now and it’s given him no issues.

This knife is petite and for the price makes it easily affordable to include in first aid kits or consoles in your jeep or in a saddlebag.
Pros:
1. Sharp as a razor sharp out of the box
2. Pocket clip has a snug fit on Levi’s or a leather vest pocket
3. It has a sturdy build
4. The price is right
Cons:
1. If you wear a large size glove this knife is on the smaller side of things
2. Blade deployment is sluggish

Muito boa! Veio afiada e de fácil manejo.
Alguns reclamam da trava, mas é só jogar pro lado que destrava facilmente.
