As this is my first noise cancellation headphone.
The NC IS TOO STRONG.
I mean it does cancel most noises around you but in result you will get ringing sensation.
If you’re playing music it would go away but on pause you will definitely hear it
The sound is just amazing you cant find better music and features than this product

Amazon Customer –
I’ve been in the market for good noise cancelling headphones for a long time. I bought these as a replacement for my AirPodsPro and they are definitely better in the house cancelling and comfort department.
My issues with them come mainly from the touch sensor and using them to take calls. The touch sensor sucks!!!! Sometimes I tap it and I hear it registering the tap (it dings when tapped) and yet my music continues to play. It’s also either too sensitive or not sensitive enough! I will have my headphones around my neck and my cheek will play my music but when I’m actively trying to pause it- it won’t work.
It’s also awful at taking calls. The speaker on it is abysmal, especially if you’re city walking. It’s alright in quiet rooms but even then sometimes folks have trouble hearing me.
Overall would not recommend for the price. I am now looking for my next pair 🙁

I love these so much. I use them all the time. They are my first pair of noise cancelling headphones, so I don’t have anything to compare them with, but as a first pair they are awesome. They were fairly easy to pair, I had no struggles with that and it came with everything in the description.

Over all the sound quality is what i expect from a sony product. very rich sound during movies and listening to music. but its the small things that are annoying with these headphones. when the Noise cancelling activates, and if you’ve never had quality noise cancellation, its eerie. it feels like i imagine the vacuum of space to sound like, right before aliens suck out your brain. its just such a deep sudden void, it feels jarring the first few times the headphones turn on. Noise cancellation aside, by default the only way these headphones achieve the 30 hours of battery life is because they turn on and off, using sensors , as you take off and put on the headphones. other wise, on time would be more like 15-18 hours. which is nothing to sneeze at, but not the advertised 30+ hours. the auto sensing on/off feature will lead you into the “Adjustment” zone, where simply lifting the headphones to adjust them on your head, will also trigger the on/off sensor, turning them off but not always turning them back on once seated over your ears. Other annoying features is the the “TOUCH” mechanisms that can also turn the head phones, they are iffy at best but once you get the “touch” its works great. Last but not least, there is no PC/MAC version of the Android app Headphone Connect App for Windows 10 that offers a control mechanism to set some of the features on this head set. you’ll have to use your phone to adjust settings which for me wasnt the preferred method as i purchased these pc use and not phone use. i wish they made it controllable from the headphone wire instead of bluetooth wireless.other than that, i have been enjoying the sound in this headphones. Happy Shopping!!

They look really pretty and for a pair of headphones they are nice and the noise cancellation only cancels out backround noises but it’s still a crazy difference when you put them on and take them off and you can turn the noise cancellation on and off. The noise cancellation also may give you a slight headache at first but it just takes a day or 2 and you’ll start to like it. The battery life is also good. The one slight issue is the volume. When you connect it you have to immediately turn down the volume because it will be loud.(I’ve owned several pairs of headphones these are good for the money)

Unbelievable noise cancellation.

Reviewing it after using it for 3 to 4 hours everyday for more than 2 months. Amazing product as good as new. The best money can buy but at a cheap rate. Will give 💯 marks in everything.

These headphones are honestly great, especially for the price. They fit very comfortable on my comically large head and have a great sound quality. I did find that when the battery of my M4’s are below 50%, the sound cuts at times and I’m really not sure why. However, on a positive note, the battery life of the M4’s are amazing. The first time I charged it was a little over a week into using them (Since they come charged at 60%) and I’ve now been using them for up to a month, 2-4 hours a day for 4-5 days a week and haven’t had to charge them at all despite my excessive use of the ambient mode.

The only reason I didn’t give this 5 stars was because it didn’t come with instructions. I understand that it’s a renewed product but at the minimum I was expecting some information on the product without having to look it up myself. Other than that the noise cancellation is scarily amazing even without having something playing. It automatically removes any background noise and the sound quality is great as well

I bought these to replace my 3 year old Bose QC35s, and while there are quite a few major improvements, they didn’t blow me away.
Things I liked:
– The noise cancelling is really good – better than any other NC headphones or earbuds I have. Granted, I haven’t really put these through the wringer, but compared to my other headphones they are noticeably better.
– You can connect these headphones to more than one device at a time! What a game changer.
– I really like the gestures/features. Tap twice to pause/play, swipe for volume, etc. If you take off your headphones while audio is playing, it will pause and resume when you put them back on. Very cool stuff.
– They’re pretty comfortable. Very light on your head. Sometimes they can feel a little tight but I’ve experienced that with all my headphones so it might just be my head shape or something.
– They look great – the materials feel very premium.
Things I DIDN’T like:
– I was expecting the sound quality to really wow me, but they really don’t sound that much better than my old Bose headphones. I’m no audiophile, I don’t know anything about sound quality, but I was expecting a huge step up and I didn’t feel that.
– I know this is a refurbished/renewed product, and I got these for pretty good deal, but when the headphones arrived the earcups smelled AWFUL. They smelled very strongly of another person’s body odor. I wiped them down with alcohol wipes at least 5 times and aired them out for days and I can still smell it. However, I did reach out to the seller and they were kind enough to refund me around $30 so I could buy some replacements online. That was very nice of them.
Ultimately, I am happy with this product, but not as impressed as I thought I would be. But if this is your first pair of noise-cancelling headphones, or if this is a significant upgrade from your previous pair, then I think you’d be really happy with these.

Sound proof, great sound quality, battery life is great (I use all day at work). My only reasoning for 4 stars vs 5 is they are slightly heavy on your head and the cushion could be a little better. I definitely know they’re there and they hurt after about 1h, but that might just be me.
