Manufacturers guarantee for ten years…this is two years later. Have written to their website with no response . Actually extremely disappointed. My great grandaughter eats food from pans that are shedding their lining. I would like an immediate response from the manufacturer regarding their useless guarantee

I had been given a saucepan from this line and decided to buy some more pieces. The 8 piece set turned out to be a good buy and a good configuration of practical pot choices. There are only 3 lids for the 5 pots BUT 2 of the lids work on 2 pans each – including both frying pans. I could not find any other configuration of these pots where you could get lids for both frying pans, including buying the stand alone frying pans! Only the smallest saucepan does not have a lid that fits. I appreciate that the lids have a small vent hole.
I like the fact that these pots can be put in the dishwasher. I have been very careful to follow the cooking and heating instructions but I still find certain things stick a little or don’t wipe out super easily. However, in the dishwasher they come out spotless. (I use the top rack of my dishwasher.)
The pans appear to be very durable but I’ve only had them a short time.

On a whim, I purchased a single, “The Rock”, frying pan at a local gourmet grocery store. When I first cooked in it, I could not believe how great it was. NOTHING sticks, it has a good weight to it, it was easy to clean and it looks and feels like a high-quality item. I was so impressed, I immediately looked up the name brand on Amazon and found this complete set. It was a no-brainer purchase and I just hoped it lived up to the one pan I had already purchased. It did. This is without a doubt, the very best set of cookware I have ever owned and I have purchased some high-dollar sets. This set blows every other set out of the water. The most important thing for me, it is non-stick. I mean real non-stick not like the set you have probably purchased that was a percentage non-stick then after a few uses, not non-stick at all. It is such a joy to cook with and makes every step from cooking to cleaning so easy. The surface cooks evenly across the surface perfectly. I would buy this set again and again. And yes, I researched, bought, and paid for this set out of my own pocket. I don’t leave a review on items unless they are exceptionally good or exceptionally bad and I don’t play that game of the item was not up to par and the seller reached out and offered me a deal to change my review. I hate getting ripped off and I’m sure everyone else does too. Buy this with confidence!

UPDATE I went on a vacation almost a year ago and they had these pots and pans in the rental and I loved them.The pans in the rental had metal handles but the set I got from Amazon had plastic handles.Still great quality prefer the metal.So anyway I have had these for almost a year there are no scratches or stuff flaking off of them. I did drop one skillet and it dented on the side but still flat on bottom. I bought a 300.00 dollar set and they were scratched with in 3 months and I don’t use metal utensils i use wood and silicone.I will buy these as long as they continue to make them they are the best I have ever bought.

Got ahold of customer service online and after working with then via emails for a few back and forth, Iโm thrilled to say I received my new replacement stock pot today. It is perfect and I am a happy camper. The lid now fits the pot.
Iโve purchased two of these sets, the first was a gift and it was perfect. Everything fit beautifully and the person who received it loves it.
I bought the second set for myself and one issue has just come to light. I havenโt used the 5 quart stockpot until today to make a pot of soup. The corresponding lid didnโt fit and it took me all day to figure out why. The lid is round as it should be, however the 5 quart stockpot isnโt quite round. I love the pot but I would like it a whole lot more if it was round so that the lid would fit. Iโll check the rest of pots/lids tomorrow. Iโll take a picture after I move the soup to another container.
So, hereโs the picture, if you look closely you can tell the pot is off round. I donโt know why it took me so long to figure out why the lid would not fit. This looks like a something that should have been picked up by the quality folks. I would really like a replacement pot but not sure how to go about it as it seems they only sell it in this set.

I forgot how nonstick was supposed to work. I had been using the same set of those white lined non stick pots for like 10 years. One of those things I just never thought much about replacing, until I stoped making eggs because of the dredded mess to scrape off. Not with these pans. I tested right away with this sticky egg substitute that used to take me several minutes to scrape off the old set. This set cooked it evenly and it slid right off. Easy clean up and everything else I have used in them since has been the same. I’m sure pots and pans get much better in some way, but for me they heat evenly and clean up well. That’s all I needed and they do great!

I’ve never been more satisfied with pots and pans. I’ve had dozens of different brands and have never been happy with them. I’ll never purchase another brand. I’ve had these for almost a year and they still work great! Never warp, clean easy, non stick does start to wear off on the pans used more often BUT a little oil or non stick spray does the trick. Very similar to cast iron pans. I would recommend to anyone who cooks anything.
