  4. PAULA PETERMAN

Our violin teacher explained that this had been very poorly made, the wood snapped in two where the peg holes were made. He explained that the pegs also do not sit in the holes correctly and the string slip. We will have to buy another violin now.

Great first violin. Sound quality is pretty good and it’s sturdy enough to take a little beating from a kid.
Can’t beat it for the money.

Great value for money, however not great for beginners whom donโ€™t know how to tune it. It wonโ€™t stay in time at all. Maybe that will change with time, but the g string snapped too. Shouldnโ€™t snap at the point of the peg.
For the price itโ€™s not bad at all, but recommend buying better strings.
