A month past reporting missing item in box with no response…BUT, the customer service team was having logistics problems as the missing charger had been discontinued. They replaced it with a DUAL (2 battery) Rapid charger and we are up and running!

Love it! I’m finding more uses for this than I ever expected. Its power is impressive and battery life is not bad at all. I’m finding it useful for blowing out the garage (instead of sweeping). I’m hoping to use it this winter for light dustings.

I bought it about a year ago. It died a few days ago for no apparent reason.
I emailed Sun Joe…and they sent me an email back asking for the serial number. I responded saying I dont see any serial number on my device, and I asked what I should do. They responded back asking for the serial number. It was like a computer was responding to my email. This circle went on for about 3 or 4 emails. I finally emailed them back and told them that I was forever done with Sun Joe and they could just keep the money. This time the responded back saying that they no longer have the product in stock and to get back to them in 5 to 6 months. The blower was pretty good when it worked. But they dont keep their word. They said it had a guarantte…so I am forever done with this company.

For leaf blowing this is an apt, well-priced device. The box I received had already been opened and you could tell from slight scratches that the product was likely used and returned. Still, I stuck with this product knowing that people have all sorts of reasons for returning items. The leaf blower proved out; it works as well as a similar one I have made by DeWalt, and about the same weight or a tad lighter.
It came with its own battery, rechargeable with a chord that goes right into it, rather than a tray ir console. The battery has an indicator that tell you how much charge it has with three green lights. Since it was fully charged I tried it right away and was not disappointed. The description states the charge will last for 15 minutes and that sounds about right. I have two larger batteries from the same maker (SnoJoe) that came with a snow blower, and they make a difference in power as well as duration of the charge. My only complaint is that the battery that came with the blower did not slide in and out of the blower with the ease that at should; this seems to be due to some imprecision in measurement. This is confirmed this by the fact that the larger batteries from my other device went in and out with ease. In any event, sliding the battery off and on a bunch of times already made a difference and I expect that symptom to fade altogether with use.
Overall, it’s a powerful, very light, simple tool that should last. Great value for the money.

I have several of his products, never had an issue with them. This one is a replacement as the one I got on Friday 8/30/24 had obviously been opened and returned, so I contacted customer service and stated I paid for one brand new in a box, that is what I wanted. They arranged for the replacement to be delivered yesterday, which it was, and I had already dropped off the other one at a UPS Store for return.
All his products that are cordless have the same batteries, which are interchangeable. So I now have three batteries, so I will never run out of power for them. I was tired of getting a new leaf blower that died after 6 months or a year – so this was my best option I could think of.
This thing works awesome and has so much power. Wow.

This blower performs exactly as described in the product description. I bought it to regularly clean my deck of birdseed spillover and shells/husks from the birdseed being consumed by small birds. They are very messy! This little blower is lightweight, works very well on hard surfaces like my deck and I could use batteries from previously purchased products to power the unit which also saves some money. It should be noted this is a light duty blower and would likely not handle heavy leaves/yard waste, but does a super job for my purposes. Easy to use and always ready to go. No struggling with fouled carburetors, mixing fuel etc.

Works pretty good. Very light. Very hand to clear debris off the deck and deck furniture.
Not too sure about using it for heavy work like fall cleanup. I have hedgehog mulched and blower for that. The 2.0ah battery supplied doesn’t last very long but I have another snow Joe battery so that’s not a problem.

So light, so simple to use. And it uses the same battery tech as my other Sun Joe and Snow Joe products, so we have battery power to spare! Seriously, this is a better performer than my older electric model, but it is far lighter. We use it all the time since we no longer have to worry about an outlet.

This is a great blower for quick jobs around the house. No mixing gas and oil, no mess, no pulling a cord to start the motor. Simply attach the battery and flip the switch to on and you are blowing! Really powerful and light weight (only weights 4lbs.). I use it for 10-15 minutes at a time and the battery is still full. It is great to grab and quickly blow off the front porch, back desk, garage, etc. Wish I would have bought this item earlier.

Blower is light-weight and has power to do light to medium jobs not lasting longer than the approximate 10-minute battery life. Despite the Amazon title stating the kit includes a Quick Charger, no such charger is included. What you get is a small, generic, plug in charger, “Class 2 Battery Charger, model XZ2600-0450, Output 26V DC, 450mA” as shown on the right in the attached photo. SunJoe does manufacture a quick charger, “Class 2 Battery Charger, model 24VCHRG-QC, Output 26V DC, 2.2A”, which is on the left in the photo, and is what came with a SunJoe pole saw that I have. SunJoe has not replied to my emails regarding this, and Amazon has not replied to the “Report a Problem” message that I submitted to them. Outside of returning the whole package, one is stuck with the under-powered charger (less than 1/4th the power of an actual quick charger) that takes 4-5 hours to fully charge the battery.

This lightweight jet blower is powerful tool. My previous gas blowers were heavy and bad for the environment. When I finish using this tool my arms and back do not ache and it does just as good of job. Would most definitely purchase again.
