I really want to like this mower, but…
PROs:

CONs:
Wheel height adjustment pops too easily to lower height when the ground isn’t even. I used a twist tie to ‘lock’ the height in to place.
Biggest fault – Blade speed. It just doesn’t spin fast enough to even fully cut the grass. Rather, it folds it over.
The mower does have the ability to ‘kick-in’ to speed, as it has happened a couple of times after I hit a patch of longer grass. The mower would bog down and then fight back – coming out with a faster – full speed. When in this mode, the mower cuts fine. Problem is that I can rarely coax it into this full speed mode.
I have to go over the yard 3-4 times, in different directions, for it to fully cut the grass.

pretty neat lawn mower ive only used it once so far its very light weight dont take gas where you have to run to store to get some a lot but battery doesnt last very long so ive had charge it three times id recommend getting another battery takes about hour but it cuts pretty good so far have to pour out the grass from the catcher a lot very easy to push around its so light you barely tell mowing with its way easy to turn off and restart you just hold button and then hold the handle then let go of the button remember my gas lawn mower wasnt like that you had to sit there crank it a bunch times to start not at all with this one just hold down button and then hold down handle and then let go of the button it was pretty fun easy mow with didnt take no energy at all cause so light piece of cake to mow with like it so far better than a gas one

I have a very small yard with a lot of rambling garden. I needed a small mower for getting into tight spaces. The Sun Joe I purchased is a 14in. model. I put it together in 5 min. The instructions were easy to follow. Grass catcher is easy to attach. Battery simply slides into a slot on top. The mower is super light weight, you can lift it with one hand. Does a fantastic job on the lawn. The only thing I did to make my experience better was to sharpen the mowing blade. It takes me about 25 min. to mow the lawn and the battery still has more than 50% charge. I feel this was a good purchase choice.

Wow, I must be the one they sent the bad one to.I charged the battery for two hours and got five minutes run time. Back in the box back to Amazon. This is the third sun Joe I’ve owned but the others were a different model. Those worked better and cost less.
Technically –
I guess you’d say that I have a postage stamp front lawn and a commemorative stamp size back yard. This mower is perfect: cuts the grass easily, quietly and in a jiffy while bagging the clippings and saves me the $160 a month I used to pay for a gardener who’d send 3 guys once a week with a very noisy gas mower and leaf blower to do virtually the same. I bought an extra battery thinking I might need it to complete both lawns without having to recharge, but one included is more than enough. It could easily handle a larger lawn. Shout out to Snow Joe customer service: my first mower wouldn’t start. I called them and with no hassle at all, they sent a replacement out that day which I received in a few days.

This little mower is pretty mighty. Meeting our needs to cut grass in our tiny side yard. And the best part … the compact size is great for storage. We store it with the handle up so it’s ready to go during grass cutting season and for the winter we fold it down. Great buy and better priced through Amazon than at the local hardware store. We have had no issues with the battery. All is good…

being an older small women so far i am very pleased with this little mower. putting it together was very easy. it is very lite. so far the battery is working fine i have used the mower 3 times on one charge. for about 15 mins per use. i have very little grass so for me this is perfect.
