Very satisfying to use! Easy to set up and use. We are very happy with the results. It cleaned up our balcony very nicely. No issues with the pressure, we liked how it came with 3 different size nozzles.

Pressure washers are okish when working but are built cheaply. If it breaks it’s game over because they won’t help you repair it. Mine was less then a year old and I couldn’t even get in contact with support after days of trying

1. is it worth the money. If you paid under $100 bucks yes. This is not the best pressure washer and do not think you will get The best quality and reliable product for cheapest price. That never happens. So for the price it is a good washer.
2. Will it last over time? No as you see in photos I detailed this is 95-98% plastic and cheap plastic at that so I would recommend washing your car with it or small projects around the house. This is not to go start a car wash business or move around and loan out. Keep it in one place and use 5-10 times a month.
3. Does it work? Yes it works well and I must say I give it 4 stars just because of how easy it was to install. Everything clips in except for about 8 screws, that is about all the metal there is on this thing. Its a good amount of pressure for light work. My intended use it to wash steps, drivwway, cars, deck, buckets and anything i can wash in the house.
4. Are the review true about bad experience? With some caveat 1 if you leave motor running with out first putting water on making sure their is water pressure you will burn out the motor. parts are delicate because it plastic so handle with care. every product will have some defect. dont force piece in place they will break. dont drag it by the house. move the machine and make sure you have enough length.etc Again this is not a heavy duty machine and we are all here because we did not want to break the bank other wise we would be looking at $200-$300 dollar machines. So i would recommend purchasing but have realistic expectations.

I got this during Prime Days. I have been needing a pressure washer for some time, so I decided to buy this one instead of constantly borrowing one from friends.
It assembled easily and the parts fit together quite well. So tight, in fact, that the screws were necessary to pull everything into its final position. That should mean the unit will last, as loose play on joints is the primary cause for things wearing out before their time. One tip: the cleanout tool is taped on the back of the instruction manual. I had already dialed the number for support when we finally found it.
You’ll need a medium Phillips-head screwdriver and a set of Channel-lock pliers for tightening the hose connections.
I tried it out on the corner of my house just to see how well it worked. I was surprised to find that there were no leaks whatsoever. Every other pressure washer I have seen had some small seep somewhere, although usually not enough to worry about. With this one, there was nothing, not even dampness.
It is not a commercial unit. Even with the 0 tip, standing about 4 feet away, it took a little time to scrub the mildew off the concrete blocks and vinyl siding, but then again, this is not a commercial unit. I was pleased with the results.
One tip for those who (like me) have not spent a lot of time using pressure washers: the tips require a little tap from the heel of the hand to seat completely. Otherwise they will shoot off like a bullet as soon as the trigger is pulled. They may go on easier after some use, but even if they don’t it’s nothing to berate the machine over.
Another thing I liked was the noise level. It’s pretty quiet for the pressure it is putting out.
All in all, this is a well-made low-intensity-of-use pressure washer at a good price. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a pressure washer for around the home.
